This restaurant was absolutely beautiful. Amazing service! decorated festively. I would definitely go back. The menus is limited, but the drinks are amazing. A lot of specialty cocktails.

Nice ambiance, festive and classy. Enjoyed the entertainment. Could use more food options and the cocktails are crazy expensive, but they were very creative and festive for the holidays, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Nice place for a special occasion, especially with the holiday decor.

We went here for the holiday drinks. The Room was decorated beautifully. Everyone in our party had a great time. Servers were very attentative.

We went on a Saturday night and the service was realllll slow. We had a reservation at 9pm, and we didn’t get seated until 9:30. Drinks then took another 30min. The drinks were pretty good though and great vibe with the live music!

We got a reservation and still had to wait about half an hour to get seated. It wasn’t just us there was probably about 20 other people waiting to get seated because the reservations were late. Once we sat down, we were informed that 90% of their menu was gone, and all they had was appetizers and a couple small plates, literally one page of food. Our waitress was great and even the young girl that sat us down was fantastic. She apologized numerous times. This could be an outstanding restaurant, but there was obviously some big issues. It looked like they were shortstaffed, which I understand isn’t the employees fault.

We loved The Rouge Room. It is a very beautiful and intimate space. The customer service is excellent. Our server Robin was very friendly and attentive. The wine selection was very good. The food was smaller portions but very tasty. The lounge singer started around 8pm and we enjoyed listening to her as well.

This was supposed to be Rouge Wonderland and apart from having a few Christmas songs, some red Christmas trees in the entrance and a few Christmassy cocktails on a list, that was it! I went to the same venue (before it was Rouge Room) and they had a festive month in the same venue and it was fabulous. I think RR have tried to recreate the same but it wasn't half as good. Don't get me wrong, Rouge Room is a nice venue and the food and cocktails were nice but if you think you are going to a Christmas wonderland, you'd be disappointed. They could have used the outside more too, which they did on a previous occasion but not this time. With a little more effort, it could be a lot better.

Excellent ambience, delicious menu, excellent drinks, mice music. Only discordant note is the service. Have been there twice for table service and the wait for drinks is abysmal. Not sure if it’s a lack of bartenders, inefficient bartenders, or lack of attention on the part of servers but the wait for drinks was 15 minutes minimum. Probably will just sit at bar next time.

First time going. Recommended by a friend. Celebrating husbands birthday. Ambience was great. Singer was amazing. Service was 7 out of 10. After being seated was not greeted for close to 7 minutes. Had to flag down a waitress to let her know. A waitress showed up shortly thereafter. She was very pleasant but didn’t apologize for the wait. Food was fairly good. Had Avocado Salad with shrimp. Husband had Tempura shrimp. Had a rouge drink with tequila…very good. Overall, I enjoyed the experience of it all and will mostly likely go back with friends.

It is pretty inside. Until you notice the dust on the thousands of plastic plants. Service was just fine. Food is not good and very limited. No need to ever return.

We had a reservation for 8pm and were not seated until 845. That was after we were informed the kitchen was an hour behind. Very disappointed. We didn't stay for any food at that point. It was also too loud to appreciate our company.

The server could’ve cared less, the food options were much fewer than what was online, it took 35 min to get our oysters appetizer, and when any food or drinks would come to the table they food runner would stand there just auctioning them off. I’ve worked in restaurants that didn’t have the same price tag and the staff had to know which seat ordered what they did. Save yourself the money and go to one of the other fabulous restaurants at the hotel.

My first time here. The ambience was nice. A little too loud. I have to say I was a little disappointed. The service was terrible. We were a party of 4 who had reservations for a table. It took over 30-45 mins to get our drinks and took over 1.45 mins to get our food. Definitely over-priced for drinks and food. My cocktail drink was even watered down. It’s too bad because I was actually excited about finally going to this place. Definitely not worth it.

The ambience is pretty good, the decorations are great, service is ok. But the food is just ridiculously expensive taking into account the poor portions, quality of food and not an extensive variety of options. We paid around $80 for chips with a spoon of tuna and 6 shrimp; that’s absurd !!!! And tip is expected for this ??? I want to address it to management because we are NOT recommending this place after this awful experience!!!!

I would go back for sure. Perhaps try some other items on the menu. We ordered a few things but weren’t overly excited about the taste. Great spot for drinks and the service was excellent. Wish the pianist had been playing while I was there. Will go back for sure.

The vibe was nice but the drinks were super overpriced for what they were. My wife’s cosmopolitan was made with gin instead of vodka and my old fashioned was ok. The waitress was nice and helpful and the place was clean. Truthfully though there are better drink places for the money.

I went in with my reservation for Sunday Brunch because they advertised on their event page a pool side experience with brunch. When we arrived it was slow, maybe about 9 tables in total. We sat outside and found out the pool was closed for construction. This was disappointing because this information wasn't listed on their site. However my main concern was that we sat for 25 minutes completely ignored by staff. The table next to us constantly had their waiter serve them. I saw staff looking at us and turn away. Even one waitress was holding into a curtain while the wind was blowing and looking right at us, however no one approached our table. Needless to say we stood up and ended up going to The Lucky Penny. I was very excited to finally try brunch at the Rouge Room but instead felt judged by the staff.

The vibe was awesome. There were 4 of us and we were seated near the entertainment. The singer, pianist and DJ were on point. I enjoyed the music selection. My server was very attentive and pleasant. The drinks were okay. I ordered tempura style chicken fingers and ended up sending it back. I opted for the ham and cheese croquettes and they were delicious. I would definitely be open to going back.

Fantastic experience at Rouge Room brunch. The food is so flavorful, great value for the cost. It's a laid back environment. I'm local & I bring most of my visitors here for brunch.

I had really high expectations of this restaurant especially because the IG reviews said they were great for brunch. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. However, the tables sit far away from the seats. So we all basically sat on the edge in order to reach. We started with one server, then we were switched to another. There were 6 of us in our group yet only 4 of us were served water. We had to also ask for silverware. One person in our group received his food pretty quickly. We discovered it should have gone to a different table. The steak and eggs that were ordered did not come out cooked as ordered, the toast had the consistency of a croton. Our friends who ordered the bottomless mimosas had to ask for refills constantly. We had to ask the manager to find our server so we could ask for more water and yet again not all cups were filled only some. There's no salt or pepper on the tables so if you want it be sure to ask. The cheese omelet and breakfast sandwich were good. The French Toast is more like bread pudding on the inside. I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately it just didn't meet expectations.

An overall fair rating may be a bit high, but it wasn’t totally awful. Our fresh oysters were excellent, but the croquettes, frites, and croque sandwich were mediocre at best. My dining companion ordered a Bombay Saphire Gin Martini and was served a vodka martini, with a twist when she wanted blue cheese olives. The most disturbing part of this experience was the lady’s room with two stalls filthy and no hand soap at one sink. The room itself is beautiful. Sadly the overall experience is not.

UPDATE I went back at night for drinks at the bar. Service still abysmal. Two bartenders at small bar top and ignored for several minutes. Finally, the thoughtful barback asked if i was served yet. He took my order and told one of the bartenders. Few minutes later bartender brings a drink. I told him that was not what i ordered. He said just drink it, you'll like it. Other bartender noticed and asked. told him what i wanted. Five minutes later still no drink so I left. Also, prices are Strip level, and be aware if you call your liquor theres a huge upcharge regardless what you call. In this case, two strikes are enough for me to never go back. AVOID. The space was visually appealing, but that is all that was positive about our experience. Of our meals, only one was considered very good, the others were mediocre, and all were overpriced for what was received. Beware that non alcoholic drinks are price per glass so when you think you're getting a refill, they are charging you. Service was disappointing. The gentleman filling our water glasses had food stained shirt and pants. Our server was a ditz dressed in glitz. Very green and not of a sophistication level I'd expect at what is supposed to be high class lounge. I might return in the evening to try a drink at the bar if there is entertainment, but will not return to dine.

My husband and I really enjoyed our recent experience at the Rouge Room. The service was wonderful, food very tasty (we each ordered a Croque Madame, and they came with a béchamel dipping sauce....a nice take), and drink selection pretty extensive. The entertainment was also great and we were seated in the perfect location to enjoy it. A great spot off strip!

"LPoor service, even at the managerial level, coupled with an excessively noisy room that makes conversations challenging. To make matters worse, the cost is disproportionately high compared to the quality and service standards expected, falling far short of the Wynn's reputation. In a local and I will never go back.

Nicest vibe in Summerlin. Somewhat disorganized check in, waited 10 minutes but plenty of tables available. Had two separate waitresses - neither seemed to know what we ordered -- no follow up from them during meal. Drinks - Old Fashion and wine were good, but almost like half pours. Drinks are pricey, so limited it to 1 drink (especially when drinks were so small). Food appetizers were excellent - chicken tenders,fries. Cocktail , croquettes, and frites. Again vibe of lounge was great.
