   For the price we paid, much better service was expected. We asked for clarification on the various oysters offered and all we got was "some are saltier than others". Our server rarely checked in with us on how our meal was or if we needed anything else. Restaurant was cold too and we both ate with our jackets on. So much potential, and with better service we'd have had a much better experience.

   Chala, our server, was just spectacular, from helping with wine choices to info on the dishes, plus a gift appetizer from the chef. The chef was able to change a sauce on the salmon plate---was beautiful and delicious. All the food was delicious. Love that Row 34 is in our hood! One of our favorite places still.

   From the minute we walked through the door (30min early to boot!) the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I had my young child with me and they sat us early and near the tv so we could watch the baseball game. Every item we ordered from the local oysters, salmon crudo, lobster roll and fries were delicious! I’m going to go ahead and say it was the best warm buttered lobster roll I’ve ever had! And I’ve had a lot spending every summer since childhood in New England:) cannot wait to go back!

   We were seated outside in the heated covered patio. Truck and car noise was awful. Next time we’ll insist on being inside. Food was not as outstanding as I removed pre-COVID.

    Food very slow. Oyster was quick everything else had to wait over 20 minutes. Server said not his fault. It's the kitchens fault.

    We were seated in an area with only 1 other table. It was next to doors that went to a larger room. It really took away from the ambiance of the restaurant. It felt like we were out of the way of everyone else. Service was ok. $45 for a lobster roll in a hot dog bun is obnoxious.

    Great oysters, fantastic beer selection and nice seafood dishes. The kitchen surcharge that shows up on the bill is incredibly obnoxious though—just raise the prices by 3.5% instead of adding on a separate fee.

    Service started off poor and the we got a new waitress who was very good. The fried oysters were small and nothing special. The blue crab rice was basically salty fried rice.

    Table was ready when we arrived for our reservation which for starters is always a good beginning. We had a fantastic server who was attentive and pleasant. Our oysters were fantastic. Drinks came quickly. My bronzino was superb! Absolutely worth the price albeit a little bit on the pricier side. My coworkers all enjoyed their meals -- lobster rolls and halibut. WE WILL recommend this to anyone looking for a delightful night of seafood. The GM came over to see to it that we were taken care of which was nice. All around a fantastic experience.     Excellent food and friendly service, the problem was that it was a bit slow. It was clear that the staff were very busy and it affected the quality of service. E.g. we were a party of four and said we wanted to try three different oysters each, but we received four different types of oysters, three of each, which meant that each of us couldn't try them all.

    We had a wonderful dinner at Row 34 last night. Caitlin was our server and did a great job. We started with a dozen oysters followed by fish and chips. All delicious. They have a rather interesting wine list we enjoyed perusing, It took awhile after dinner to get an Uber to take us to Back Bay so it would be better to drive there if you can. It was worth the journey!

    So good! Everything we had was fresh and prepared to perfection! Oysters were some of the best we’ve ever had, EVER! Our meal consisted of: clam chowder, oysters, oyster po boy, Rainbow Trout, Housemade Chitarra, simple green salad, and cornbread. This meal did not disappoint! The server was knowledgeable, attentive, and gave spot-on recommendations. We had reservations and were seated right away. Honestly, one of the best meals I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. Thanks Row 34, Boston!!
