Waited 15-20 minutes and was never served. Asked another waiter to see if we could service, but still no one came. The table next to us was also having a similar experience. So, we decided to leave.

We went to the rowdy tiger looking forward to a night out.
Our server was clearly overwhelmed with all the tables. I use to be a sales manager for Darden so I know how he must have felt. The right thing to have done would have been to get managers/ the host to start greeting tables, taking orders, and running food. It should have taken 30 minutes to get our soup. The server apologized twice, which meant he knew it was lack luster service. If you need to apologize for service twice have a manager come to the table. There was no offer to have anything discounted.
Also, and other tables near us agreed.... you don’t need to have music blaring at 7pm.
Hope this was all a one time deal. The server said it was :)

Great brunch today with our cousins from NJ. Food was delicious, service was top-notch and the vibe was relaxed but fun. Live music was a plus.
It was poorly staffed, food was not good at all. Seriously way too expensive for the quality of the food and service. Don’t recommend at all
Great place to take an invited speaker from Georgia Tech (walking distance from campus). Not too crowded, some nice regional foods, and an upscale ambiance. Not the BEST food EVER, but definitely a good place all-around for the occasion.
Everything good but it was really loud.

My boyfriend's hamburger wasn't cooked well done, like he ordered. It was still pink in the middle. The potato poutine was delicious though, along with the cauliflower max and cheese.
Wonderful food. Wonderful service. Wonderful ambiance. Perfect place for our pre-theater dinner. Will definitely go back.
I went with a group of people for a company gathering. We enjoyed really good food and service. The restaurant was busy but they somehow managed to take care of us. These guys really know how to handle big parties! Definitely recommend and will go there again.

We had a reservation and we arrived the hostess told us that it would be 10 minutes or so. After about 25 minutes, I went and checked in with her and she looked at me like she had never seen me before. It seemed that she forgot about us. We had been waiting in the bar and had a wonderful bartender. Once we got seated, nobody came to our table. We grabbed a waitress, who was not assigned to our table, and she was kind enough to wait on us. The food was very good but the service needs improvement.

The poutine has lots of cheese but it was lost in the preparation.
The mains were excellent as were the house cocktails.
Service was very slow and disorganized.
We will probably visit again and hope that the service improves.

The Bartender Raymond was excellent! It was short staffed the day we went. He managed to keep his bar customers satisfied, while working the floor serving seated customers as well!
Waited a while to get a server but food delicious
Had a great meal at Rowdy Tiger. To y, our server, was fantastic. Food and drinks were all amazing. Would go again and recommend to a friend.
No one at host stand when we arrived and we weren’t even acknowledged for over 5 minutes. Once we were finally seated, the hostess filled water glasses and advised our server would be with us soon. another 10 minutes passed and no one showed up. there were several groups in the restaurant who appeared to have been waiting a while as well. we waited a few more minutes and decided to get up and leave. based in this experience i do not recommend and will not return.
While the food was good, service was not. Reservation was at 7:30. Got seated at nearly 8. Waited 15 mins for a server. Waited a while between the serving checking on is. He cleared all plates and napkins, yet we STILL had to ask for the check 20 minutes after our table was cleared. Ended up finding the hostess and paying as we were waiting 10 minutes later. Told waiter up front we had to be gone within an hour and a half as we had a show to catch. Barely made it before the show started.

Lovely environment and the food was amazing. We went for lunch and there were maybe only 3 other tables taken. The restaurant is beautiful and very spacious, but we felt like the only ones there. Maybe it’s draws a crowd at night..
Would not recommend for large groups.
Made a reservation on Wednesday for a dinner party. Service was extremely slow as our server would often disappear between taking our orders. Not sure if the server was new, or if the restaurant is understaffed that the server was responsible for multiple tables. Nonetheless, our 2+ hour dinner was spent most of the time waiting for our drinks, food, and checks.
It's unfortunate the service hindered our group's dinner since the food was amazing. But would only consider coming here again for a date night/business dinner or the rooftop bar.
Horrible experience...the order wasn't put in so it was an hour before we got food. People that came in after us ordered...got food and left. The manager took care of it but never again
Excellent menu selections, service and delicious food. Quiet and easy to talk with friends at table. Very nice decor and ambiance.
The absolute worst dining experience we’ve ever had. No exaggeration.
From the front of the house to wait staff, the service was excellent. The pork belly mac and cheese, and short ribs are winners. The dining room had a nice, laid back and comfortable feel and even when things got busy, you never felt the rush. The banana pudding could use a little more "body" but overall this place is a highly recommended gem. We will definitely return.
Took forever to get seated. Took forever to get drinks ordered. Server wanted to take our order (food) first. Server was confused that we wanted drink menus, took forever to enter drinks into computer system. Wound up leaving after 15 minutes of no interaction. The place was practically empty.
Early dinner before sporting event so quiet & not crowded at 5P. Superior service by Tony. (Hope I got his name correct). Great burgers, salmon salad & vegetarian options like cauliflower Mac & Cheese. A bit pricey but fun evening.
The food was presented well and tasted pretty good (7.5/10). The ambiance was great, there was a live band, the restaurant is well decorated, and it carries a relaxing vibe. The only bad experience is that the restaurant seemed under staffed. We rarely got checked on by the servers which means we waited for a while before ordering and getting the check. We also had to wait to be seated because it seemed like the hostess was also a server, so there was a line that built up at the hostess desk.
Very yummy food & love the rooftop. Something I probably won’t beg to go back to, but I wouldn’t be opposed. Just felt a bit pricy for what you got.
The experience was amazing. The whiskey selection was great, and our server Aurora provided top notch service.
This is not a terrible restaurant. A nice ambiance and great location help insulate guests from some of the other challenges. The portions are enormous, but everything is caked with bacon, salt, oil and cheese. My salad was essentially a plate full of bacon crumbles with garnishes of kale and a few beans. The server was strangely effusive, almost off-putting. The acoustics in the main dining room are so poor that we heard diners several seats away.
I did not find, as some reviewers said, the service to be slow. The drinks were just ok, in inappropriately sized glasses and overly sweet. Anyway, I was able to fully digest the food and something has to be said for that.
We had a good dining experience, but our server Tony was the highlight! He was outstanding and made our time phenomenal!
We were extremely disappointed with our brunch experience at Rowdy Tiger. The service was extremely slow even though the dining room and bar were nearly empty. Our drinks took about 15 minutes to get to our table, the server forgot to give us the appetizer that we ordered, and left out one of the side items that I ordered. I was hoping that there would be significant improvements from the lackluster Community Smith, but it's a new name with the same problems. Will not be returning.
Service is slow, an we were one of four tables with people. Our first waiter came with and a drink menu, and then he never came back. I had to get the bar tenders attention and he was ultimately our server. He was very nice but overall the place is nothing special.
I liked this more as Community Smith. The new restaurant isn’t nearly as good.
