Music was too loud on the patio area. People were sitting down and then leaving or going to bar area because it was so loud. We Love the hotela and other areas. Hostess at Rules and Reg's was SO AWESOME. Ella ... I am from South Africa, she is from Zimbabwe, as she said. "Always great to meet someone from back home" All the staff was great.

We waited for 20 minutes to get the menu. They brought us water eventually. We then waited another 10 minutes for the waiter to come back and get our drink order. I ordered a guacamole, which also took a while to get to us it was very chunky, and we never got utensils for her food or napkins. It wasn’t busy and there was three waders for about 10 tables. They literally could not have been worse. Terrible service.

food portions were way to small for the price even when you go at happy hour . that being said the quality of the food was delicious and cooked well . we happened to go on a day that they had a silent disco and we enjoyed ourselves very much.the staff was nice so that always a plus. they gave out free shots multiple times so I will say I’m overall satisfied with my experience at rules and regs.

It’s a hotel bar set near their pool. Views were nice and great to have happy hour on a weekend, but probably won’t make the drive in again. The bar is near their ballrooms so plan on lots of people due to wedding events or celebrations. Recommend self-park (validates) instead of valet.

The restaurant is modern. The previous reviews about the service definitely were accurate, our waiter was MIA and it took forever to get a drink when there was only 3 other tables in the whole place. The tacos were tasty but damn near bite sized, wish the food had a bigger portion! Had a great time here though!

Service is trash if you aren't at the bar. Our server left us hangin. He was extremely RUDE!! We probably stayed for a hour. You might as well just go to dirty 6th, at least the servers will take better care of you.

Service was not as good as I was hoping. For a birthday party and having spend over $1000 on dinks and food, I would of expect our service to be a little more put together. We believe we were over charged on some items. We was here just 2 weeks ago and got the same drinks and same amount of drinks but our drinks came out to be more this time? My partner was a server for years and he smells something fishy with this tab. We had a group little over 10, and we understand tip is included on a large table. I’m here for tipping however, the service was not worth what we were forced to leave. Table stay crowded with dirty plates, dirty cups, just dirty and crowded all over the table. We had came back to this place because the service was amazing the first time and then this happen. Overall not a great experience if you have more then 5 people. Other then spending time with my friends, I wouldn’t go back. I will inform my friends and family about the experience, simply not worth it.

Made a reservation for drinks and some small bites. There was barely anyone here when we arrived. Ordered a round if drinks for my boyfriend and I. The waitress brought them over and then never came back. 45mins later…we decided we weren’t going to Even bother ordering food or anything else. We were literally forgotten about. Gave 1 ⭐️ because “0” wasn’t an option. What a shame, beautiful location, service is subpar….

Honestly was disappointed. We expected to hang out there and drink and eat for a couple of hours. I wanted to take my friends to see the beautiful skyline. It was a cooler evening, so the shades would be down. The patio has really great heaters that work well, so we asked if it would be okay to open the shades so we could see out, and the first excuse was "No because we have already had other customers complain." There was only one other table on the patio, and after our server left, the other table of guests told us they didn't mind if it was up and to, "Go for it". When we told our server that, the new excuse became "Well, we have VIPs coming in later and they want it down." So which excuse was it? Half of us ended up ordering mocktails and the other half only ordered 1 drink because what was the point of being there and spending money on an experience we didn't even get to have? The one round of drinks we got took forever to come out even though half were the same mocktail. Overall disappointed in the experience and how we were treated as less than. After asking again, the manager opened the shades for a few minutes so we could get pictures. We left shortly after. Would recommend it only in the summer.

Charcuterie was. Not worth the price for what was on it, the variety of items wasn’t fresh and there were no cheese pairings. I would readjust that whole dish for a better customer experience

I normally never go to a hotel to eat but this place is my only exception. The view is stunning both indoors and out, the service is great, prices are great and they have a wide selection of different drinks. Definitely recommend for a relaxed evening.

Pozole didn’t have flavor, but everything else was great. There was a DJ playing old school jams and the view of DT was awesome. It wasn’t busy and the service was great.

We had a great time, but we were seated almost at the door and had a hard time seeing anything related to the drag brunch. We had to stand to get involved. I would recommend not seating folks that far away from the action.
