Rumi's Kitchen - Sandy Springs
Rumi’s Kitchen - Sandy Springs draws influence from the culinary mother of the Middle East, Persia, which spanned from the banks of the Nile River in the west to the mountains of Northern India in the east, and from the shores of the Caspian Sea in the north to the deserts of Arabia in the south of the Persian Gulf.

We eat at Rumi’s on a regular basis and usually LOVE it. The noise level was significant but we could deal with that.
The service was extremely slow and then the food was not hot when it finally came out to the table. Disappointing.
Amazing food and amazing service!
Went on a Sunday night to the Sandy Springs location. Great food as always though this time our server wasn't very attentive . Never experienced that before.
Our only downer was they had the air turned so far down, we were all freezing. They could save some money by being more realistic about how cold to keep their restaurant c
It was amazing! Great server! He went above and beyond to make our service the best. Love Rumi’s never disappoints me. The wine is also excellent👌
It was great! Would definitely go again.
Very good. Salmon was a very generous portion. Eggplant appetizer was excellent.
Outstanding staff, food and ambiance! I ❤️ Rumi’s!
Ton's of food, always great. Especially if you like ethnic cuisine. Can't beat the rice
Awesome food and service; thanks for a lovely evening!
Food was excellent. Always live their salmon. Extremely extremely loud! Too loud couldn’t even order it was so loud. Next time will get food to go.
Really love the food here and the service is great as well but if you don't enjoy noisy restaurants then this isn't the place for you!
The food is excellent, the service is extremely slow, don’t try to get in and out over lunch.
Valet parking also is irritating.
Amazing meal! Hope they come to San Diego soon. It would be my new favorite restaurant.
Food here is amazing, but restaurant is very loud.
We had excellent service provided by Robinson. The food was amazing, very tasty and at the perfect temperature. The ambiance is first class. Enjoyed the entire experience.
Rumi’s food is excellent but the acoustics are terrible - you can’t hold a conversation without yelling across the table - this is our 3rd and final visit to Rumi’s given the noise level - it’s way too loud wherever you sit in the restaurant - it distracts from the point of dining out
Great restaurant - just wish they could do something about the noise level! Very hard to hear when you have a group but a great place to go with a group to share multiple appetizers and meals to try different things.
Not the best service this time. We always love the food but prices keep getting higher. The noise level was out of control. Couldn’t hear each other.
Food is great , but the service is just ok.
Our server seems tired and did not really take time to explain the menu. One of the meal we ordered was missing a roll of beef and if we didn’t say anything our server will not even know. We asked about it and she get it corrected but did not even apologized or anything.
One thing you will not like is the ambience of the place . It is terribly loud and noisy inside the restaurant that you cannot hear your conversation with the person you are dining with. The chairs are too low and not comfortable while your eating.
Rumi’s continues to provide the best Persian food experience in town. While Persian food is not known for its seafood, Rumi’s Chilean Sea Bass is among the best fish dishes one can have, including in Atlanta’s top seafood restaurants. Lentil rice with zafaran aroma is my other favorite dish that can be substituted for white rice that comes almost with all dishes. Cannot wait to go back to Rumi’s.
I love this place and they have the best Persian food that I’ve tasted in the region.
The food and service were amazing as always, but it's always so noisy! Turning the music down a bit would help.
Tremendous meal, best Persian food on the east coast. Server from Detroit was great accommodated our needs for the meals ordered. Thank you!
Excellent foot and service! The Cucumber Martini is yummy along with excellent wine menu.
I love the food. I have to say though it is such a loud place. My party and I aren’t even that old:)
But I overlook it bc I love the food. I also did not like the fact that valet parking is now $2. That should be complementary at a place like this.
Best restaurant! Always my go to for girls night out :)
Just marvelous!!! Food, customer service (management and staff especially Negar M a jewel!), and ambiance to talk about for days! Facebook family and friends very interested and will be visiting soon. We'll be back very soon. Thank you all so much!!
Great food and service. The dining area is very loud. Great experience nevertheless.
The food was quite good. We all enjoyed it. The service was quite slow.
My first time at Rumi’s. There is a complimentary starter dish (excellent cheese, olives, walnuts, radishes) with flatbread so you should wait before ordering appetizers. The entrees were excellent. Lamb, salmon, rice, roasted tomato, the side order of roasted vegetables (zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers, mushroom, onion and pineapples). Loved the pineapples. Good amount of food. There is an up-charge for substitutions (rice for a different type of rice or vegetables). $2 charge for valet parking. The chocolate tart dessert was average. Our reservations were for 8:45 pm. This place was jumping. Very noisy but not so much that we could not carry on a conversation. The floor manager was very attentive to our needs. We ran into two people that we knew. It seems like Rumi’s gets a lot of repeat business. One person said that they eat there at least once a month.
Great food always
The waiter screwed up the charges a few times and it got uncomfortable
We had a horrible experience as the service was ridiculous. The manager, Krystle was rude and didn’t have our table ready for the reservation we made. The server also had an attitude. Will not be going back. My money deserves better service.
Loved it like always
I really like the food and drinks, but the noise level is getting out of hand. Sound echos off the ceiling and loud music makes it hard to hear conversations.
Would have given 5 stars except we were seated in front of the emergency exit door. No curtain, just a view of the valet stand and every person coming & going. There should not be a table there. Otherwise food & service was great.
The place is good with awesome Persian food and the servers are super-friendly. I just felt that it with the kind of ambience the place has, it was a bit too noisy. People can enjoy the place more if it is quieter and has some nice soothing Sufi music.
We always enjoy Rumi's. The atmosphere is alive and fun. The food is always unbelievably great! This time we had the lamb ribs app, roast salmon and shish kebab (Steak) ALL FANTASTIC! It's always a tough decision, between the Shrimp, Rack of Lamb, Sea Bass and Steak and Salmon. Try the
Green Chile Chutney as a side item. It is so flavorful and SPICY, perfect accent to the entrees if you like it Hot!
Never a bad time here, lunch or dinner, special occasion, business or weeknight! Can't Miss!
Amazing authentic Persian food! Great food, huge portions, fun atmosphere. I cannot recommend enough!
