Outstanding. Love the uniqueness of each plate and the class of cutlery, glassware.

This place is the perfect mixture of chic , rustic and modern.

Kudos to the kitchen staff, bartenders and servers. Great night out.

Ate here twice now. Food and service was very good. Had the Korean cauliflower, risotto and beef short ribs...all were delicious. Would definitely go back again.

Best meal we've had out in a while. The Crab Cakes and Burrata were awesome as were the Scallop Risotto and Braised Beef shortribs.

This was our third visit to Rust. While we enjoyed the previous 2 this visit was not as enjoyable. We brought 2 couples who had not been at the restaurant before and were embarrassed to have done so. We all arrived prior to our 11:30 brunch reservation. We did not get any food until after 12:30. The original server we had seemed to disappear and a more experienced server took over. She blamed the slow service on "everyone arriving at once". As it is Sunday brunch this should be expected. Those that ordered an eggs Benedict entree were happy with their meals. Two of us had the Moroccan Scramble and it was totally tasteless. The description said spicy chickpeas and olives but the dish had no taste. To say the least not the best brunch experience.

Enjoyed my birthday dinner with a friend over spicy Gojichang cauliflower appy, Wild Boar Red sauce over fresh Pappardelle, and Sliced Steak & Salad. Lively atmosphere, mixed crowd, nice open-concept. Overly loud for intimate date or close conversation at tables/banquettes. Good, quick service, and great gf chocolate cake!

A very relaxed and inviting atmosphere that has the right balance of buzz and yet the ability to have a conversation with your table-mates.

Food is extremely good. Menu is not large but everything on it that we have tasted so far is delicious. Kitchen tweaks the menu over time thereby offering some appealing change.

Highly recommended.

We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Our friends arrived soon and we took advantage of the Happy Hour wine special, which is either a preselected single choice of white or red wine for $6 per glass. Honestly, not much of a Happy Hour. Food was great! Delicious fresh pasta! Scallops and the new risotto recipe were excellent. The new shrimp appetizer was also really, really good. Service was a bit slow on drinks, but the server was very friendly and was also bar tending. Overall, food - excellent; service - almost excellent; decor - unimaginative, but seems very clean. Menu could be more extensive but we will definitely return.

We confirmed a reservation and drove 35 miles to get there. When we arrived we were turned away by person in charge . His excuse was the kitchen had closed early. A real disappointment and not acceptable. No future credit or any compensation.
I wonder if the owner of the restaurant knows what happens when they are not there.

We don't get out much with two young children at home, but when we do, we love going to Rust. I have never eaten the same thing twice and every meal I have eaten here has been tremendous. I couldn't recommend it enough.

While I wish I could give a better review, it just isn't so.
Upon arriving, we were seated at our table. It was loud, and I had to increase my volume in order for my husband to hear me. The table had cutlery and two small plates. Our glasses remained empty for close to 10 minutes before we were given water. We had to return the small plates because they were dirty. The new ones given to us had soap film over them and were wet. They were returned as well.
The food was ok. And I can't give any more than that. My scallops were undercooked and could have used 2-3 more minutes on the grill. The risotto was creamy, which was very nice, but I personally hate peas and I didn't realize they were mixed into the dish itself. Regardless, I ate it because I didn't want to have to return it. My husband ordered the Korean beef and it was overpoweringly very sweet. He ended up scrapping off the most of the dense syrup because it took over the entire plate (he ended up eating half of my dish because 1) peas and 2) he needed to taste something else).
We didn't bother with dessert. Our waitress was very kind, and accommodated the issues we voiced. But unfortunately, this won't change that I personally won't return.

We ate dinner on the patio for the first time, let me start by saying it's a cozy set up and very comfortable!! This particular evening was extremely hot, however, Rust does has a mister system in place. The unfortunate part was, that they allowed one table to dictate whether it was on or not. This was very disappointing, as most people wanted it on and instead of a consensus, they allowed one poor sport to ruin it for everyone else. I propose (like other places), you have sign indicating that in warmer weather this comes on intermittently. This will warn patrons in advance and if they have an issue with that, they can choose to sit inside or place themselves accordingly.

Dinner was again spectacular, the wine fantastic and our sever fun, energetic and very attentive.

Highly recommend !!

Food was great; Service was very good; the only down side was the temperature in the restaurant. It felt as warm inside the restaurant as it was outside (heat wave)... It was uncomfortable for all 5 in our dinner party. It made what would have been a top rate experience questionable...

Thank you

Went here to celebrate my 30th birthday. Food was absolutely outstanding. The new menu was just as good as any other I have tried. Was my hubby's first time there and he already wants to go back. Our server Drew was fantastic! Personable, accommodating and quick. We will be seeing you again soon!

The place is nice and the food was great. The disappointment was we looked online for a restaurant offering sea bass for my mothers birthday dinner, this was her one request. I found it online at Rust and booked, and put in the comment section that we were specifically coming for a birthday and she wanted the sea bass so please not to sell out. We get there, no mention of happy birthday and no sea bass on the menu. I guess there is either no point in adding comments to open table bookings, or this restaurant just does not care to read them. Maybe they need the business, but if I read someone was coming for a specific item, that we no longer offered and could not be bothered to update our website over... maybe I'd let them know, but that is just me. I won't go back because of this experience, apart from my workplace is looking to book the Christmas party there lol.. but as long as you aren't going for something you really want then sure it's a nice place.

Good food and fantastic service. Everything was great except there were no fans or AC. Open kitchen + 30 degree weather does not make for a comfortable environment. A few ceiling fans would help, I was actually sweating.

Always find the service to be very friendly and prompt which makes the occasion a success. The food is always delicious and I love the cauliflower dish. Excellent choices for a vegan diet. Staff is very friendly and gracious. All of these things makes you want to come back. I have recommend Rust to many friends who have nothing but great things to say. Keep up the great work that you do in creating a friendly atmosphere!! Your pricing on food and drink are great as well. Thanks again for a great time at the Rust Bistro!

The food was probably the best food I have ever had at a restaurant it was simply amazing. The service was also fairly good but the food took around 30-45 minutes to come. The overall atmosphere was also pretty good, if not a little noisy. Overall if you are looking for great food and are prepared to pay for it rust is just what you are looking for

We're never disappointed with the food at Rust! We always start with the crab cakes because they're amazing. The filet mignon, the bison burger and the scallops are all excellent. I've also tried the bison pappardelle, but it isn't up to the same WOW standards as the rest.

My first time visiting RUST. We were warmly greeted and seated. Our server was a little on the slow side. I had to ask the manager for water. My meal was a little disappointing. I had the lamb. I found it unappealing. I couldn’t make out what I was eating half the time. The gravy/sauce was very rich and a bit oily. But my friend had the sea bass and he loved it.
I had a taste, it was nicely poached. I had notified when making a reservation that it was my friend’s birthday. I also let the server know. No special treatment or offerings.
I dine out frequently, so have lots to compare to. Not sure if I would be back in a hurry, or recommend to friends.
