   Chicken Gnocchi was less than good. Pasta was barely warm and it's really not a very exciting dish. I was very disappointed that my primary choice was not available Bison Rigatoni. I had selected it the day before when i viewed the menu on line and was looking forward to it for some time. The chicken was second choice and like I said, disappointing

   We had a great meal at Rustica Eagle Ranch. Everything was well seasoned and generous portions. The view from the patio is hard to beat and the service was really good and attentive. Thanks for the great night!

    Our waitress was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We had a guest with us who has serious food allergies, and they were happy to help adjust the menu to fit. The food was outstanding and the dining room totally gorgeous. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    The setting is nice and quiet, the service was great but the food was no more than ok. Overall it lacked flavour, had no real sophistication(despite having an interesting menu) and, more importantly the meat was overdone. This is very expensive (over $150 for 2) for the overall experience you get, not one I would repeat.

    The food is very good for a seasonal establishment. The service initially was perfunctory, but then became awful. Our wait staff had the 2 largest tables and essentially, we became leftovers after our main courses were served. We basically left after we were finished our dessert. We will go back, but make sure our service is either better or we will file another negative report!

    Eagle Ranch seems overpriced because it was empty. We were the only table much of the evening. However, the food and presentation are outstanding and the room and views are terrific as well. Overall, we felt it was good value, but when no one else is there, you feel maybe you are missing something. We'll be back anyway.

    My husband and I had their chicken pasta special & it was delicious. Our friends both had the seafood bowl and loved it. Our waitress was excellent. Eagle Ranch is our favourite special occasion dinner out in the Columbia Valley.

    The French Onion Waugh burger was simply the best burger I’ve ever had. The biggest disappointment of the trip was that the restaurant was not open due to covid staff shortages on our second night. The food was truly Devine. 10/10 would recommend and will return.     Beware…Christmas Dinner with golf girlfriends we were looking forward to a lovely evening with a couple cocktails, nice wine, yummy menu and we got a “gas-station diner” menu, middle of the road service with lots of confusion about what was offered and what the kitchen put out. No mussels on the Thursday night mussels special on their website. The menu on Open table is NOTHING LIKE the menu offered! and then the gals who ordered a seafood bowl ( and told there were would be missing mussels in the dish ) only to get about 6 mussels in their dish. We were all so dissatisfied with our food. And to be surrounded by such a lovely’s decor and nothing matched. You might come once, but you likely wont come back. At least 5 of us wont.     Fantastic brunch! Best seats in the house, overlooking the valley and an outstanding Arctic Char Benny. Consistently great food and excellent value in a beautiful setting with great service. This place is a hidden gem, especially in the quiet winter season.

    Although we always have loved our dining experience at Rustica, this time our meal was just good not excellent. I felt the portion sizes were smaller (heirloom tomato salad). Not sure if that’s correct or just my perception. Fabulous view as always!
