   We had a reservation and everything was on time. Server was great. Food was quick, correct and to our liking. The place got very loud quickly as people piled in, I wish there was more space between the round tables. But it was cool. Everything was great... However, I know the economy is up right now but the chicken wings were overpriced for the quality. But still good.

   We had a great time, however there was a squeaking that kept happening back where we were. At first we thought it was a chair, but it wasn’t. It was so loud at times it made it hard to carry on conversation

   My friend and I enjoy getting out to eat,share,and relax. We go out once a month either for breakfast,lunch, or dinner. This month we chose Rusty Bucket in Gahanna;it was a great choice, I had a pizza, my friend had fish and chips. We both had the chocolate cake for desert, all was so amazingly good. The server Precious was on point with her duties, the restaurant was clean and very peaceful ,surprisingly for a restaurant ( yes plenty of people were there). I will be going back!

   We always love going to Rusty Bucket, we do not live close to one so do not get to go as much as we would like to. Please consider Hebron, Ohio area for your next store. Jason I did not see Wed, however, I have talked to him and he has been very helpful, he is a very kind person. Makes me want to go to Gahanna store only! Perhaps you all build one out our way, Jason could be manager then would be perfect! Thank you, Deborah Ratcliff

    Ordered fish and fries. Fish filets over fried with excess batter. One filet unrecognizable. Unlike past experiences at Rusty Bucket around the city. Very disappointed..

    The lighting in the bar area is all over the place. Some dim lights, some super bright lights. I just feel the ambience could have been better for sure with better lighting. That may seem petty, but it really does make a difference. My boyfriends meal was cold when it came out (meatloaf/mashed potatoes). They fixed it. The server was very friendly however so that was nice.

    It was unexpectedly busy for a Sunday afternoon but with that said I haven't been out in a while. Our waitress was great the food was very good. Had a very nicely done steak with salad, broccoli done to perfection and a really yummy verging on sweet coleslaw. *I only real complaint is ....we had reservations and still we got set at the highest traffic area for the staff in the entire restaurant. They put us directly in the path of the kitchen and the silverware station. There were only two small booth there and when being seated we could see the other side of the half wall that there were many tables available why we got set there I don't know. Maybe they didn't want us taking up the table that was for more than two? But we saw other singular couples being sat at larger tables. Both of the booths were barely big enough for two, which is what we were but when we plan ahead make a reservation spend the level of money that we spend I expect a better seat. They maybe could even pull those booths out and turn it more into a working station because it was the traffic . The food was excellent, the service was great very bad seats

    This was the first time I went online to reserve a table before our arrival. It was so great to arrive and be shown to our table and not have to wait in line!!!!! Thank you! We enjoy the Rusty Bucket and their Double Nickel Salad with fried chicken!!!

    The waitress was extremely rude by ignoring our table. It was only me and my son. We definitely felt singled out! I just wanted to leave but didn’t want my son to see me upset. I will just not spend money somewhere that hires individuals with bias views on people based on skin.

    A friend and I were getting together to catch up after a long time. We were chatty and not looking at the menu. Sat longer than we should have. We did order food and drinks but our server was awesome. She didn't rush us and was super nice about us taking up space in her section. It wasn't super busy so I'm sure she didn't mind but it was nice.

    Was somewhat disappointed last night with are meals , which is unusual . My husbands salmon wasn’t as good as it has been in the past . I had peel and eat shrimp , not sure who is cleaning the shrimp or if it comes in already done . But it was not all deveined , yuk ! All places have bad nights , so we will continue to go there .

    Party of 6 attended. Three ordered salads which seemed wilted. We could not spear the lettuce with our forks and had to scoop it up in order to eat it. However The waitress outstanding.

    It is our most favorite place to eat. Met with our Son and Daughter in Law had such a good time she has been ill and finally got to get out with them. The waitress was such a special young lady.     Service was terrific. I never had to ask for a diet refill. I ordered my absolute go to favorite the Blackened Salmon Salad. I always request that my salmon be cooked very well done and it was cooked perfectly. I usually order dressing to be on the side but not with this salad. The honey vinaigrette is amazing. I was incredibly disappointed that most of the ingredients that make this salad do special were not put on. There was plenty of avocado - no spinach no shaved fennel no shaved Brussels sprouts no goat cheese no candied pistachios ( hence no crunch ) and one bitty piece of kale. If they did have the ingredients to make it properly they could have said so .

    Our server (Cassie) and manager took good care of us, and “us” included a 94 year old frail and blind lady! She was patient and took extra steps to make it easy for us. We are if they patio which was very nice. Just be aware that there is unavoidable street noise.
