   We had a mini reunion there on Mothers Day, needless to say it was a busy day but everything went very well, there were 10 of us and everyone had a good time. Thanks.

   Service was great. We were disappointed that the breaded pork tenderloin was recently removed from the menu. Rusty Bucket was one of the few places in town that offered that sandwich. Of those places, Rusty Bucket was by far the best. Please continue bringing that menu item back.

    Made reservations and waited at the door for 20 minutes to be seated. Hostess did not even acknowledge us until I approached him. Once seated we waited another 20 minutes to receive our drinks and were able to place our order at that time. Tables that came in after us had their orders before we received ours.

    Good food, good service, and a fun atmosphere! Happy hour is the best - lots of great appetizers and pizza’s to choose from 1/2 off. They have the best burgers in town.

    Went for my daughter and her best friends birthdays. This was mentioned in the reservation yet not acknowledged in anyway! Service was slow drinks were filled to the top with dense ice barely any Diet Pepsi, in our glasses. Of course they were gone within no time set empty for over 20 minutes before I flagged somebody down to refill them. It took another five minutes to get refills. Again dense ice they were gone never to be refilled. Ordered chicken tenders there was more fatter than chicken. Very disappointed all the way through lunch. Yet another disappointing experience at this location. It used to be one of our regular stops but not worth it

    Food was not hot when it arrived, merely warm which meant my French fries were just ok. My friend received a hamburger when she ordered a turkey burger. This was corrected after a brief wait for our waitress to check in on our meals.

    We were seated immediately. I got the cob salad and my husband got a burger and onion rings. Food was great and it came out quickly. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Overall it was good experience so I would recommend.

    We love Rusty Bucket and reserved seats to watch a game. While we didn’t stay until the game was over, we had great appetizers, great food, drinks and awesome service.

    The Rusty Bucket in Hilliard is a nice place to grab a quick meal or stop by to watch a sports event! There was no wait time when we went for an early Thursday evening dinner. The service and food were good. There isn't a designated drive to get to the restaurant. It took us a few minutes to figure out that access was through the Market District parking lot.

    Food was great. We did ask for a table with a plug for my husband's oxygen machine but when we checked in they said they didn't have any but we were told that we would have it. disappointed with that.

    Team members not responsive to requests. First, sat at a very dark table that should not have been used. Asked to be moved or to get a light turned on but neither occurred. Moved two tables together myself so our party could switch tables. Was sat in the outdoor covered area and asked server multiple times if they could turn on ceiling heater and it was not done until we were paying. Spoke with Manager who didn’t apologize or seem to care. Same as the waitress. Food tasted good but two party guests got their food late. Will most likely not go to the Hilliard location again.

    Great place to bring a family. They have something for everyone. Noise level was good and allowed for conversation with some of the older members of the family. Reservation recommended.
