Generally overpriced food. Markham has equivalent steak places at half the price. Might be good for a business outing, but 400 dollars with tips for a couple of 2. Lots of better options in Markham. We did not over order. 2 steaks, crab cakes, 2 side veggies and 2 drinks. No coffee or dessert.

Server was unusually and extremely friendly, a bit theatrical and dramatic, we were not comfortable. Table behind us were extremely loud with talking, facetiming and video watching, manager came by and was very apologetic. We did spend a good amount for this dinner, so we had expectations. Overall, food was good but the rest were just not quite right.

You will enjoy the best steak EVER!!! Our server Chris was very informative and helpful since it was our first visit. He was super attentive and friendly. He even brought us candles for our birthdays as we were both celebrating out 60th birthdays. Yes, it is expensive, for us its not something we can afford all the time but for a special occasion, you cannot go wrong........Enjoy

Our overall experience was excellent right from the beginning of our date night, but our server Paul was the icing on the cake. He is very knowledgeable about ALL the items on the menu and offered some great suggestions. We had planned to go to Demetre’s for dessert afterwards but ended up having dessert at the restaurant as a result of Pauls recommendations. And we were not disappointed at all. Will definitely return in the future. Thanks for a wonderful evening to Ruth’s Chris steakhouse and Paul!

for a steak house there wasn't really any steak selection, you get to pick your cut but no description of type of protein. service was subpar, it felt like nobody wanted to engage with the customers, sterile. Steak was well cooked and tasty, although my rib-eye had too much trim on it, my partners was perfect.

Food is great, so as the ambience, not so happy with the server. We paid partially with gift card for 2. It seemed to me that the server was looking for tips % on the entire bill amount, not the amount we have paid on top our gift card balance. Please note that the total bill included a to-go wine bottle as well.

We went to celebrate for my mom’s birthday on a Sunday and needless to say the entire party was very satisfied with the food and services. Our waitress was awesome and helped us with taking many pictures. The steak was the best I have had in a long time and well worth the price. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone without hesitation.
