Went for lunch. Not very busy, Only a few tables seated. Literally took close to an hour to get our food. Waitress never checked back to ask how our meal was or if we wanted anything else. The “all gender” bathroom was dirty. We have a gift card so will go back but that will be the last time.

Our first time there and we celebrated our 32nd Wedding Anniversary, and the ENTIRE STAFF was awesome. The food was unbelievable, and beyond delicious, and my wife and I will most definitely be back real soon!!!

Server was very attentive, food was luck warm had to keep sending it back to re heated up and it still was warm. I understand I came an hour and a half before closing but as a cook you should still serve hot food for the amount of money your spending at the restaurant. I enjoyed celebrating my anniversary and having the table decorations and complimentary dessert.

Seared Ahi Tuna was EXCELLENT and the lobster. We ordered 11 oz filet with a lobster, we received an overcooked steak and Frittes. It was my husband's birthday and we wanted something special. Our server was friendly however; it took an hour to receive our meal. Needless To say we will not be returning to Ruth Chris anytime soon

The waiter couldn’t even crack a fake smile. He was very cold and short. The food was just ok not like times before at different locations. I feel like I was a victim of deception when the bill came. They added on additional fees and told me it was just PA tax which was not listed on the tax subject line which was a complete lie. The ambience was still as I experienced before but absolutely not the food or service at all!!

I took my wife to Ruth’s Chris Steak House for Mother’s Day. First thing we were told by our waiter, who did a great job working with what he had to work with, was they were out of bread. My wife ordered the crab cakes and she thoroughly enjoyed them. I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye Steak medium well. My steak came out burnt and overcooked. They had to redo it. Our sweet potato casserole was cold. They served it to us three times and each time it was colder than the first time. Despite this our waiter and the manager tried to make things right by redoing the steak and then by not charging me. They tried their best to make sure that I had an enjoyable meal just as my wife did. I appreciate their efforts.

Went here for Mother’s Day. First time, left disappointed by the food, was just expecting better. Fresh Horseradish was the best part of the meal. The seasoning for the sides just felt off, everything felt over saturated. Sides were too salty, sweet potato casserole too sweet. The ribeye was fine, nothing special /not worth the hype or money. Just felt very mid about the food overall. Great service and ambience tho! But we came for the food. Won’t be coming back again

We dined for Mothers Day brunch and were the first family in the building. The seats and surrounding furniture were dusty / sprinkled with glitter and sequins from possibly the night before. The worst part of our time there was the waiters hygiene and awareness of such. He served my family our meal with a visible Band-Aid on his finger as it hung over our food and plates. For the amount of $$$ we spent I was disturbed and thats putting it lightly.

Prices verified DAY OF via phone and at arrival, prices were 20 dollars more that assured day of. Sides were very untasty and cold and steak needed salt. Salad was by far THE BEST i ever bad and dessert was amazing too. Very small wine list, do not set high expectations here. Service and ambiance was great, probably best ambiance at a steak house ever. Overall i will not go back but i do feel it is important to stress how wonderful the ambiance was.

Nice place and our food was very good. Our server Henry was excellent. Very attentive and a really nice demeanor and tone. The place is somewhat "dated". Also, you have to walk through a long narrow area through the bar in order to get to the restaurant. I was on a "first date" and we were having a drink at the bar prior to our seating. There was a group of 5 people about 20 feet from us at the bar. I like a good time as much or more as anyone but they were so loud and unruly that we had to leave the bar area and go to our table. Ambiance was really nice at our booth in the restaurant. We had ahi tuna (excellent) and lamb ravioli (good, not great) appetizers. I had the ribeye which had excellent flavor and was prepared to a perfect mid-rare. My date had a strip steak and lobster tail. She enjoyed both.

Service was outstanding. The two gentlemen who took care of us were very nice and made sure to keep checking back to get us whatever we needed. We could notice right away the dedication and loyalty they have for their jobs. Very hard to find top of the line employees but these two gentlemen went above and beyond. Food was super yummalicious as always, the best!
