I’ve always heard how good Ruth’s Chris is, but have never been. It was an ok experience at best. I wouldn’t waste my time going again. I can get a better steak and better service at other steakhouses for the same price. Nothing special about a Ruth’s Chris.

This was our second time. Our first time was Mothers Day and it was AMAZING! our second time was for my husbands Birthday and it was AMAZING! Recommend the spicy shrimp app it’s the best app I have ever had. Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed! Ask for Dylan as your server! He’s AWESOME!

This is our anniversary place for dinner. Food was fabulous as always. Out waiter was fabulous. The sad part is that we were not able to get a drink at the bar because we were going into the restaurant and they said the bar is only for people that are eating. What kind of a bar does not serve drinks without sitting at the bar to eat? Very disappointed with that and why is Ruth’s Chris advertising happy hour but it’s not at the Reno location. As locals, we enjoyed going to happy hour. The food and drinks on the happy hour menu were very good.

a wonderful quality steak dinner with a beautiful ambiance. We had Samuel as our waiter and he was great along with his wait staff who was courteous and efficient. We both had the prix fixe dinner ( filet with shrimp) and salad was great and delicious. We upgraded to the creme brûlée for a nominal fee and absolutely the best creme brûlée. Had ourselves delicious wine by glass Benton Lane Pinot Noir and Faust Cabernet Sauvignon. Definitely will come back.

I got the 16oz ribeye, cooked and seasoned beautifully. Boyfriend got the lamb, which melted in your mouth. The Veal Osso Raviolis and goat cheese and artichoke dip were a terrific starter to our evening. Delicious cocktails and lovely choices in wines complimented everything. Wait staff was very knowledgeable and offered lots of suggestions. DO TRY THE SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE, heaven!! We had no room for dessert sadly

Ate here 2 nights in a row. First night was in the dining area. Very loud and distracting. Service was VERY slow with big gaps. Second night we ate in the bar area. Hard to believe, but it was quieter, even with basketball playoffs going on! Service was excellent. Food was great both nights.

Ruth Chris never fails! This particular location is within a busy casino. Once you find it - you are in for a great dining experience We brought in our is. Wine - corkage free was very reasonable at $25. The hostess was wonderful. She immediately greeted us and placed us in a great location. Dashawnd was our server. You need to ask for him when you go. Very professional and personable. Now look Ruth Chris is pricy, however you always walk away with great food and a staff that treats you with caring customer service. Bottom line - 100 % worth the money. Enjoy your wonderful food and dining experience
