My servers were expedient and delightful, the hostess was professional and pleasant. My martini perfect.Ruth's Chris is my favorite steak house and as ALWAYS the food was excellent, just wished I had room for the creme brulee. Thank you!

We recently celebrated 55 years of marriage with a romantic dinner ar Ruth's Chris Steak House - Reno. We were seated prompltly and found confetti and a hand written anniversity card at the table, very thoughtful and heartwarming. First-rate service by server Courtney. She was very knowledgeable, super friendly and patient. Ribeye and filet steak were perfecto, excellent as always. Courtney knew when to come by to check on us. Assistant manager Kimberley came by to offer anniversity congrats and to make sure that our special dinner went as planned. General Manager Ryan also came by introduce himself and if there was anything we needed. Ruth's Chris is a special place with excellent food, service and great staff.

Everyone staff member greeted us with thanks for dining there! kieran our waiter was exceptional and took very good care of us. It really made for a special Pleasant experience

Great Ruth Chris Franchise. We shared the 48 oz. Porterhouse! Great! Fries and Asparagus to accompany! Outstanding, extensive wine list. Started with Spicy BBQ Shrimp! Delicious. Fantastic service, we’ve eaten at this restaurant many times. Very great bet when visiting Reno!

Food was great, was hoping to have a booth since I said it was our 30th wedding Anniversary when I reserved with Open Table. They did not acknowledge our Anniversary. The food and service were fantastic. Only issue is we set in the bar section and there we a lot of loud drunk people walking by. If you’re in the dinning room this problem would be eliminated. I highly recommend this restaurant.
