    What a special evening and a lovely meal. From the minute we walked in the two Hostesses could not have been more charming, welcoming and warm. This my friends is what is so important these days; kindness not self importance as is the case in so many higher end restaurants. Kudos to the management and owners. These two woman set the tone for a very beautiful evening. The setting on the patio was perfect as we were entertaining my father and his wife. They made no fuss whatsoever for us having our pup with us. Sefa was our main server who along with his colleagues did a fabulous job! Food was divine and prepared perfectly; Dover sole, Sous vide Octopus, gratin potatoes were our favourites. We will dine again here for another special occasion.

    Excellent service, all the staff was very friendly and professional, excellent food and the atmosphere is very nice. We went there to celebrate a birthday and they printed the menu with a Happy birthday message! We spent a very good moment despite the fact that It was very expensive :)

    OMG! We did the champagne Sunday brunch, and I've never been happier in my whole food life. So much amazing food we wanted to try it all but just could not. So good we made a reservation to go again next month, while there today! Expensive and worth every penny with so much bang for your buck!

    Sunday brunch at Sails is truly a spectacular experience. The food is excellent and plentiful and the presentation is lovely. The entire staff are friendly and professional and they ensure your dining experience is first class from start to finish. The live music is of good quality, but our only complaint is that he plays so loudly it becomes difficult to enjoy conversation at our table, part of the experience that is important to us. Still overall, it is a great experience.

    My mom and I had the best experience today at the champagne brunch. Andrea took such great care of us and made us feel so special! She was so sweet and always knew what we needed. The energy and special treatment is unmatched! It was my second time there and we're already planning our next visit. Thanks Andrea, Valco, Dylan, and El Cid for a wonderful Saturday!!

    This was my 3rd brunch experience at Sails. Always fabulous & manages to exceed expectations. Every detail is looked after. Black napkin for my sister who was wearing dark slacks, a lumbar pillow for our backs and a stool for our handbags. Then we get to the food which is always exceptional! Finally, the servers are warm, knowledgeable and fantastic!!!! My favorite dining experience in Naples!

    The food was exquisite. We had the Dover sole and it was the best we had ever eaten. The starters and deserts were amazing. The service was spectacular and our server Sam was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was attentive to every detail and without question it was the best dinner we have ever had in Florida! Highly recommend Sails!!

    Sails is absolutely the best restaurant experiences I have experienced in many years. Culinarily exceptional, from caviar to dessert. Cocktails were superb and the staff was top notch from the front door to the end of the evening. I am looking forward in returning very soon. thank you to the entire staff for such an amazing experience.

    We love your crab and avocado appetizer, but for some reason it wasn’t as good the other night. We enjoyed your tuna appetizer. We had an entrée that was shared. The bartender recommended the chicken dish, and it was absolutely delicious! We received exceptional service from the bartender. He has been there for a while. He is a pleasure to have serve us. Thank you very much!

    This is not our first time there but we were not happy with the experience I had to say the waitress was wonderful. The problem was the policy on allowing children in strollers for a 9 o’clock reservation. Family came in with a baby in the stroller and was seated right next to us the baby cry throughout the entire meal. The parents rocked the carriage back and forth for the entire time which was right up against our chairs it was so uncomfortable for the price that we paid.

    Food was very good but extremely expensive. I was really annoyed that there was a set price for the dinner which I knew ahead of time however half the menu had an additional up charge. The menu said there was an additional $15 charge for a soufflé then when the bill came the soufflés were $26 each. Also, a 22% service charge was included on the bill. I did not think the service was worth a 22% service charge. We waited awhile before the order was taken, we had to ask for bread, then had to ask for butter. The butter was served frozen so we couldn’t even get it out of the ramekin. The server never asked us if we wanted a 2nd round of drinks nor did she ask if we wanted coffee with our dessert. The soufflés had to be ordered at the beginning of the meal and she just brought them to the table as soon as the entrees were done. I would have enjoyed coffee with our desserts but at that point it was too late. Not worth a 22% service charge. I can see an 18% service charge but not 22%. Plus when a service charge is added to your check it’s automatically charged sales tax vs gratuity which is not taxed. Dinner for 4 was $862 and we are not big drinkers just 3 of us had 1 drink. I knew the meal was going to be pricey but almost $900 for dinner for 4 was absurd.
