Food was very good, but most importantly was the beautifully austere venue. Add in the theater and bar outside and it’s definitely a cool place. We went on a quiet night…I’d suggest more of a Friday/Saturday when it’s busy would be better

First time here. We seated promptly and ordered drinks and for the martini repeated twice no olives. It came with olives. We sent it back. That was only misstep if night. Four of shared bottle of wine, ribs, potatoes, empanadas and shrimp tacos. All were excellent. We enjoyed the unique vibe and layout very much and will return.

Unfussed when it could be cocky, Salon Gallos is more than a restaurant with great tasting food and inventive mixology; this mammoth of a complex is also home to a wine bar, art gallery, concert stage, and even a cinema (yes, a proper one with a big screen and big, red, comfy chairs). If it's your first time, you'll probably double-check with your Uber driver if he's sure about the drop-off: Salon Gallos is located in an up-and-coming part of town known for its warehouses and affordable hotels. But worry not. You're in Mérida, one of the safest cities in the Americas (second after Quebec, they say). One of its most striking treasures awaits behind those old rusty doors.

Un lugar mágico con comida deliciosa. En Polonia también comemos costillas, pero la vuestra nos sorprendió por la variedad de sabores, las mejores que hemos comido nunca.

La comida es medianamente buena el servicio también bueno. Pero lo que es malísimo es la música. No es posible que tengan un equipo de sonido tan malo se escucha puro ruido dentro del salón. Deberían invertirle una lana

Lugar interesante y seguramente con buen ambiente, yo fui Domingo por la noche 8:00pm y no fue tan buena la experiencia ya que muy poca gente y el personal dejaba muy olvidado a los comensales

Llegamos temprano por lo que estaba vacío y nos atendieron rápido y cordialmente, el lugar diferente y original aunque no para todos los gustos, la comida normal nada fuera de este mundo pero bien, lugar a conocer por ser único y ya cada quien decide si regresa o no, precios correctos en la media

It’s too dark to see your food. Kibi Lebanese fusion was hard as a rock and inedible. Service was uninspired and insincere.

Muy mala experiencia, el servicio muy malo y lento. Solo había un mesero, tardaron mucho las bebidas y la comida tuvimos que preguntar que pasaba. El sabor de la comida y la cantidad no es nada bueno con lo que se paga . Precios demasiados altos para lo que te sirven y el tipo de servicio .

Desde que encontré ras es un lugar muy bonito con un concepto muy diferente, el servicio muy bueno y las bebidas también pero la comida no estuvo al nivel del lugar, éramos literal los únicos comensales en el lugar y nos dieron el pan de nuestra hamburguesa quemado 😐 y en general la hamburguesa no tenía nada de especial, no regresaríamos a comer ahí, tal vez solo a tomar unos tragos

Salón Gallos is a very cool place. It has delicious authentic local food and drinks. The space is cool and has different areas to be. A cinema, wine bar, restaurant etc. I would recommend going with a younger crowd.

5 of us had dinner with a reservation. Everyone else was served and well into their meal when I inquired about my pollo en cerveza and was told this dish takes longer to prepare than the other items ordered. During this ordeal, the waiter brought the wrong dish to our table 4 different times, and each time we explained that we did not order it. Finally after everyone else had finished their entrees, he explained they had run out of chicken but had just gone to the store and bought more and would be happy to begin preparing it. NO thanks. The food was good but the service was laughable.

Cose brutte. La metà dei cibi proposti in menù non era disponibile. Mi è stato detto in due tornate. Il primo tavolo era completamente al buio, pur avendo almeno 3 tavoli illuminati disponibili. Mi è stato ricordato di lasciar la mancia ( non era una mia scelta?) Cose belle. Il posto è abilmente nascosto, entrando la finta ristrutturazione di quello che forse era un cinema e stupenda, il bancone ed il negozio d’abbigliamento carinissimi. Cocktail buoni, buon livello.

La adecuación de la antigua fábrica envasador a de avena a distintos ambientes del restorán que hasta tiene una sala de cine hace del lugar un sitio único, su personal es amable y hacen un recorrido por las distintas salas. La carta es concisa y ofrecen platillos variados mexicanos con la influencia libanesa de la región.

En la reserva ponía que había estacionamiento pero no era así. Llegue en moto y había valet parking y me dijeron que la dejara en la banqueta de la calle, donde está prohibido estacionar. Conversando me dejaron ponerla dentro. A la media hora, en medio de mi cena y lloviendo, me dijeron que tenía que salir, mover mi moto sin darme opciones. Les pedí que esperaran a que acabara mi cena (la moto no molestaba a nadie y era totalmente nueva y bonita) e insistieron varias veces en que fuera a sacarla. Así que acabe mi cena y nos fuimos con muy mal sabor de boca porque nuestra intención era pasar más tiempo en el bar. La mesera continuaba a preguntar si queríamos cocktails y a intentar retirar nuestro vasos aún llenos. Además se asignó una propina superior a la indicada y me di cuenta y le pedí que la rectificara. Por favor, quiten la disponibilidad de estacionamiento porque no hay. Recordaba un servicio mejor
