    Visited Salt and the Cellar for our 29th anniversary and it was amazing! Gabriel led us on a culinary journey that was perfect for our special day. All of his recommendations were delicious! We will definitely be back.

    The food was outstanding, so were the experience mocktails. Paul our waiter, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our only complaint was that Gabriela would remove our plates as we were taking our last bite, she made us feel rushed and observed - very unpleasant!

    Delicious food, original non-alcoholic drinks, friendly service and nice ambiance. It is an expensive experience but it is worth it. I would certainly recommend it.

    The restaurant is beautiful. But for that price point I’d say they need to pay attention to the details. The service was a little amateur. The timing of the courses was terrible. The staff is friendly but lack knowledge and experience. We will not go back.

    I’d only recommend to individuals who do not drink. I was open to it after realizing it was a zero proof establishment once I got there. I think the social media and website should make it more obvious it’s spirit free. Great experience but we were definitely still hungry after dinner and was somewhat disappointed with the portion sizes for the price. Very pricy meal for 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks.

    Great food but speed of food to table was very slow, we believe due to the server we had. We sat down to eat at 745 and didn’t leave until 930 for an appetizer, dinner and dessert that we ordered at the beginning of the evening from the “experience” menu. Pace was disappointing and a limited beverage option due to pushing their non-alcoholic cocktails. We had very small cups of water that we had to wait to get refilled frequently.

    The place was beautiful but the food was ok nothing special and really poor taste, is just a place to have a drink with a couple appetizers and that’s it, btw you have to bring your own bottle of alcoholic drinks.

    Such a treat. Wasn’t sure what to expect but they blew it out the park. The Tuna pizza was an amazing start and the New York syrup with the salt pairings was sublime. Dessert was the bees knees to cap it off. They’re an alcohol free menu but the mocktails were impressive and tasty. Can’t wait to try again on our next trip here.

    The cologne smell should be less intense as it hinders the flavor of the food. Service was good however, seems to be deteriorating from my first visit. Tuna Pizza is amazing!! Tomahawk stake was really good. Wagyu was disappointing!

    We traveled to Florida and wanted a dining experience near where we were staying. Salt & the Cellar by Akira provided an exciting diner. The place has fusion of Asian and Middle Eastern food. The was service is outstanding. We had the king crab appetizer which was cooked perfectly, spicy but delicious. I had the Filet with Lobster tail. The filet was served sizzling and tender. My wife had the Jidori chicken which was probably the best dish. There is no alcohol at this restaurant but you can either bring your own drink with no fees or you can order from a mocktail menu. The mocktails are presented in unusual serving dishes that they take once they present the actual drink. We discovered that there is a physical element to eat presented along with the drink. You eat the accompaniment like a gelatinous coconut ball or citrus bubble and then drink. This is outstanding and work although the price of a non-alcoholic drink is steep. The food is also expensive but you are paying for the experience.

    My husband and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Salt & The Cellar,and it was amazing ! For starters we had an AMAZING servicer by the name of Paul. He made sure to tell us all the details on the mocktails and plates, The restaurant does not sell alcohol but the drink that the mixologist made for us were art! The food was great and so was the aesthetic. Overall I highly recommend!!

    My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful date night at Salt & the Cellar at the ette hotel this weekend. The food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. It’s easily one the best meals we have had in Orlando. This is a ownership team that understands anticipatory hospitality and the fine details (Frette linens, Le Labo soap in the restrooms, covers for luggagee carts, etc). And since it’s a wellness concept hotel, all the drinks are mocktails! The food was miles above any other restaurant in Orlando - they are on a whole other level here, especially when it comes to service. The spinach salad is a must! We are looking forward to returning soon.

    The food was impeccable, my taste buds were in for a smooth tasty ride with the Back Tuna Pizza and the Miso Cod had ana amazing sweet taste with a nice balance of the tartness of the cauliflower. The desserts were also very nice and designed!! I wish I had the Yuzu Curd but they had ran out, will have to come back and try that! Now the service was amazing granted there wasn’t many busy tables but I could tell Gabriel has a passion for what he does and it he was a treat to have as our server! Knowledgeable, funny and personable! He took his time explaining each meal and drink which we enjoyed! Yes, there is no alcoholic drinks BUT I felt so good afterwards I didn’t miss the alcohol at all and the mocktails were very tasty and well crafted. I highly recommend this place!! A hidden gem!!

    Beautiful dining experience from start to finish . The Ette hotel feels like something out of a dream with Salt and The Cellar at the center of it all. The staff is welcoming , super attentive, and offered great menu suggestions. The food and beverages were exceptional. I highly recommend the tuna pizza as a starter and the Into the Woods and Moon child mock-tails. Both were herbaceous, aromatic and super refreshing with show stopping table side presentations. I will definitely be back and bring some friends along for the experience. 10/10

    Third time coming here. Ordered the filet off the magical dining menu, but the smell/taste was completely off (had a “gamey” taste) and also not cooked to the temperature requested. Service was great- server changed my dish right away. All the other food was delicious. Only other compliant is how long the food takes to come out.

    We went during Magical Dining. Thankfully we did not pay full price because we were disappointed and felt that we overpaid even with the Magical Dining pricing. My steak was overcooked and my boyfriend had to pay $14 for a side since the $35 upgrade for his steak did not come with a side. We were offered water and were never told that we were about to pay $20 for WATER!!!. They have no alcohol by the way so when the bill came for $200+ for 2 people we had to pay it while sober. The ambiance is nice but honestly does not make up for the lackluster food and service. The worst part is that we went home and ate because we were still hungry after a 3-course meal!!

    This was the winner for Magical Dining and we went to alot of restaurants! The restaurant is beautiful service amazing and the food was amazing!! I will definitely go back again although it will be more money but it is definitely worth it!!

    Wonderful experience. My mentor and I decided to try this place as our final Magical Dining establishment. I’ve heard great things about this place from other foodies and thought I’d give it a try. The food was delicious and you can tell the chef paid attention to detail when curating recipes for us. Overall 8/10. Definitely prepare to put a dent in your wallets. Water is not free, which was a shock to me especially since we selected outdoor seating. 20% gratuity is automatically added to the check despite the number of people in your party which we had two.

    Great food, ambiance and service. Our server, Gabriel, was wonderful. Great attention to detail and taking the time to explain the menu items and present them as they arrived at our table. Gino, the food and wine manager, was also fabulous. We had a great conversation with him. Paul gave us a tour of the hotel and made sure to answer all our questions. It was a wonderful night, we can’t wait to go back!

    OUTSTANDING! It didn’t feel like Kissimmee/Orlando at all. We felt like we were in Manhattan the entire time. The hotel and restaurant are incredible and make you feel like you have been transported to the most wonderful place! We went for Magical Dining and and it was absolute perfection. If you are looking for a food experience, this place is a winner. Everyone from our server Gabriel to the Manager, Gino and the entire staff were lovely and always asking if they could do anything for us. I know some people may see they don’t sell alcohol, but you can bring your own. No corkage fees either. Their mocktails are a must try and so amazing. You can bring any type of liquor for the bartender to mix in them also. Salt & the Cellar exceeded all our expectations and we will definitely be back. It was in the top 3 dinner experiences we had ever had. You know a steak and chicken dish will be incredible when no steak knives need to even be on the table. Everything was melt in your mouth DELICIOUS and no sharp knives needed. All the flavor profiles were just right. Thank you to everyone that works here. On a side note, I was able to see the kitchen area, and it isn’t often you see the staff holding all the glassware up to the light to check for water spots. Just those small details tell you everything you need to know. PERFECTION!

    Enjoyed an amazing dinner at Salt and the Cellar. Restaurant has very trendy and relaxing atmosphere. Food was great, presentation amazing. It is hard to choose the favorite dish or drink. We ordered two moctails "Moonchild" and "Where clouds end" and they both were sensation not only for the taste buds but for the smells as well. Definitely recomend the location. In real estate you say location, location, location is everything but don't get steered away from visiting this place because of where it is located, when you enter - you will be pleasantly surprised.

    An amazing experience with inventive food and attentive service. Lovely environment. You have to bring your own alchohol but that’s a good thing since we brought an excellent bottle of wine from home and they served it beautifully. We will come back! In a tourist area but it’s an oasis!
