Great spot for a family get together. Fun atmosphere and enjoyable food. The service was spot on and the location, even though it wasn’t the busy summer beach season, was comfortable and well appointed.

Very noisy with lots of screaming children. Had reserved a regular table but got seated in the bar section. Food wasn't up to their usual standards.

Wonderful staff and food. We were seated close to the entrance door and did find it cold while customers were coming and going. Overall it was a great meal and friendly service. We will be back.

Had fish and chips with salad substitute for chips. Never have I ever seen a smaller piece of fish. The salad which I believe cost me 2.50 extra to exchange for the chips was way overdressed and swimming in dressing……it was also the smallest salad I have ever seen. Went back the next day (only because a friend invited me) and had the scallops and pita bread. Both our pita’s were badly charred. Been to Salty’s plenty of times before that but will not go back again.

Reserved a table for 4 adults. Welcomed at the reception but had to waited 10 minutes for server. The restaurant was almost full and little bit noisy. Food was good and overall it was fine with good service.

Good location on waterfront with lots of views, ambience and table options are great. The food is delicious however had some issues with temperature of some dishes being cold, and burger was bland. Fisherman's pot seafood was delightful.

Service was very good. Reservation was as asked and available when arrived. Everyone enjoyed the share plates and meals. Only negative was lack of air conditioning, we didn’t realize there wasn’t any, guess most of our visits have been off high season. Maybe table hand fans or some fans for air movement?

Great service food came to table very fast and excellent. One thing did not enjoy the cider/hop drink usually just like straight apple Cider didn't realize that's what I ordered

We were a group of six women and we had an amazing dinner with beverages. Our server kept an eye on us to make sure we weren't missing anything but yet didn't interrupt us too much, which was nice so we could all visit.

Staff are hanging around and carrying on like plots a party and you are an inconvenience. Food was meh quality, very high cost on cocktails-we went twice in one day, different glasses, presentation, taste, size, and over priced. Sadly Saltys has had its day in the sun. Was great 10years ago

Excellent service. Portions could be bigger - the kids chicken fingers was an appropriate size for a 5 year old. Adult meals were delicious.

The oysters were far from fresh and the steaks were so tough we couldn’t finish them. We were really looking forward to our meal here because we really enjoyed the food last year, but we won’t be returning.

The food is always good- I want to try everything. The wedge salad is divine and the salties burger is very tasty. I will always miss the calamari (until they bring it back?!?). Lovely views and super servers.

I ordered the classic 6 oz steak medium rare. It was a thought a chewing leather. The wine I ordered was told it was dry and it was really sweet.

Nice restaurant at the promenade of Penticton. Delicious (vegan) food. Very friendly staff and good service. You will need a reservation in high season.

Booked on this site, requested on the patio because we have a toddler. When arrived one hostess said it wasn't possible for us to be on the patio even though we requested. Thankfully another hostess who was super helpful managed to get us a table on the patio , only for the other hostess to give our table to another family. Finally our friendly hostess got us a table on the patio. The food was great, our server was awesome. Only downside was a live "band" performing on the beach. They were just too loud.
