   Outstanding, wonderful food. Sushi and Sashimi are so fresh and a generous portion for sure. The hibachi is also very good and a generous portion. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. The ambiance is very nice. We have many restaurants in Sarasota that are very good and Samurai is on the top of my list.

   Nice restaurant. Good food. Way too many fried options for apps however. Booths are too far away from table, so request a table w chairs unless you’re very large. Nice atmosphere and bar.

   Brought two friends with me, my second time there. They both really liked the food and enjoyed the place. Everything was pretty great except for the last five minutes when a super loud, super noisy group came in and sat down next to us. Luckily we were just getting ready to leave .

   Samurai Japanese Fusion offers great sushi, sashimi, and hibachi. The sushi selections are far more numerous and creative than most sushi restaurants. They offer a selection of hot and cold sake and a variety of red and white wines. The house sushi specialities are fantastic. The sale or the Riesling, quite reasonably priced, goes well with the food selections. Highly recommend.
