Bone marrow with corn - Absolutely amazing. One of the best dishes I’ve ever tried.
Ceviche- Just perfectly balanced in flavours.
Beet carpaccio - Served in smoke. Elegant and wow at the same time.
Rib-Eye Tiradito - Light, fresh, unique.
Artichoke salad - French classic with Mexican twist. Perfectly executed.
Flank steak - Best piece of meat I’ve eaten in Mexico.
Maiz- A dessert worthy a gold medal. Corn made in different ways. If I would have been served this dessert at Franzén (a 3-star Michelin restaurant in Stockholm) I still would have been amazed. Pure genious!
