   First time there. She had cajun chicken pasta, ate it all. I had fish, cole slaw, and amazing fries. No dessert, they ran out of ice cream. Great meal, wonderful services. Going back.

   Look I say it weekly but this week blew my mind had the thai peanut chicken pizza. Perfecto! Only thing I would add is double chicken, and add onions. Was delicious as made but for my taste we could bump up those items to go over the top. Again Kendall took care of us and though very busy she stayed on top of drinks and everything else.

   We had a great experience. Our server Vanessa was incredibly nice and recommended a lot of amazing food. I’ve been to Saul Goods a few times before and can say that the service is always great.

   Tables were very close together. I could not sit comfortably at my table nor could the lady behind me due to seats were touching. Had to ask waiter to refill drink after glass was empty for 15 minutes sitting on edge of table. Restaurant use to have an elegance about it now feels like just an overpriced Applebees. Hostess had on a Bart Simpson hoodie with other workers not uniform attire.

   Came for brunch after UK graduation. We knew there were only a few breakfast options. Those options did not disappoint and neither did the flight of mimosas! Hangover pizza was delicious. Our server did a good job. Thank you for a great experience!!

    I was so excited about outside seating. Our waitress was very pleasant but inexperienced. We waited an hour for our food while all tables around us received theirs - we arrived before any of them. I politely asked to speak with the manager and he stated there was a backup at the fryer. He said that those around us received their food before us due to the fact they all ordered unfried items. However, as he returned to check on us I pointed out the many fried items the other tables had. He again blamed the backup but never apologized or asked what he could do.

    The food was excellent! The staff was extremely busy and worked very hard. Perhaps a little understaffed because it took a while to get condiments requested when order was placed.

    I was so disappointed in the nachos. We used to get a huge portion of nachos (they were the best), but this time I received a tiny plate of them and the chips all around the plate were burnt. I also miss the desserts! Saul Good was our go to spot for sweets!

    Perfect location for Easter Brunch. Casual atmosphere with great breakfast items. Waffles were great, as well as sausage biscuits and gravy.

    It was extremely loud. My husband and I had to yell at each other just to be heard. The waitstaff was rude as well.

We have been doing live music on Friday evenings for nearly a year now, and do our best to warn customers that those evenings are louder than normal. As far as the servers go, I apologize if they seemed rude. It was likely just the noise level and inability to hear, but we will work on it. I hope you give us a shot another day of the week when we don't have music, but thank you for supporting us either way!

    Not worth the money you are paying for such a small amount of serving size you get. Such a bad way to promote something unique or ethnic food that people with very high expectations and everything was poorly presented and tasted, and you can see the obvious displeasure on every diner's face that night. I do not recommend this place at all!

I know that culturally, food is served family style, but we don't have that ability in the restaurant, so we portion it out and we charged what we think are reasonable prices for most dishes (anywhere from $6-15). As far as other diners, we received great feedback and continue to bring Filipino food to our community where there is nowhere else to find it. Give us a shot again on our next Filipino night!

    Food & service good but music is way too loud and annoying. Could not talk with dinner companions without practically yelling. Couldn’t converse easily with server. It was awful. Just way too loud! Headache by time we finished dinner. Will not be returning due to loud music!

    Had reservations for 7:30, checked in at 6:50p enjoyed a drink at the bar. Waited a long time and was about 7:50 before we were seated. Manager tried to keep us informed about wait which I appreciated but I think they were under staffed. Food was not hot when we got it.

    Very nice dinner at Saul Good! Appetizers were amazing, pizza was amazing, service was excellent. There was live music even on a Wednesday night. My only recommendation would be to dim the lights slightly, it was bright. Highly recommended; we will come back soon!

    We were 10 min late for our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. I confirmed our appt more than once via text. When we arrived, there was no one to greet or seat us. A line formed before and after us with about 10 people waiting. After about 5-7 min a man whom i was told was the owner comes and says “how did you sneak in on me?” Then he proceeds to scorn me like a child telling me I’m late and he gave our table away. He offered to seat us at the bar and we an accepted that. Then it took 10 min for a waitress to come and offer us water/drinks. Soon after, the man who previously scolded us for being late was observed to go to a table to clean it and yelled “ok, so I’m doing this!” Apparently, it was t his job to clean the table and he was t happy and let the entire restaurant know it. The restaurant was almost full and very busy, but he was acting unprofessional. I haven’t been to Saul Good and was disappointed that the food I went there for is no longer on the menu, however our food was good. I’m not sure we will return, however.

I am sorry that you took my joke about "sneaking in" as a scolding - I was absolutely joking and deflecting the fact that I was so busy that our team couldn't keep the door. I see that now maybe my tone was off. We were unexpectedly slammed and while it was a good problem, our team was having trouble keeping up with it. I had been there since early in the morning so I was probably exhausted. I'll work on my communication and hope you come back to give us a try again.

    Food was ok. The fries are too spicy for kids. My wife did not like her salad either. It took us a really long time to get our food. Don’t think we would go back. Seems really understaffed.
