Came for a special date night with my boyfriend. Food was amazing (we had the chefs tasting menu), but quite pricey. Strongly recommend for a special occasion!

This was our second time at this restaurant and we were as equally impressed as our first visit. The service was fantastic and the food is very creative and the overall flavours are off the charts. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone who truly enjoys food with a creative flair. The mixed cocktails are also finely executed. The chef even came out to ask how we enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is small so reservations are recommended. Our only critique is that if you are seated close to the kitchen it is very bright, while the rest of the seating is a darker ambiance. Possibly a curtain or something similar would solve that problem. That being said, it was great to see into the kitchen - spotless and well run. Thank you!

We were virtually alone in the restaurant just the four of us. Brunch menu only although website implies full menu. Waitress very helpful and food both interesting and very good. Music too loud but turned down on request. Table setting very sparse. It was brunch but not buffet style. (Just as well considering the low attendance) A lot of work to be done but huge potential for high ranking among Victoria restaurants.

We were a group of four celebrating a business deal. We all had the Chef's Tasting Menu. It was beautifully presented and the food was delicious. We added the wine pairing but at $55. per person I don't think I would do that again. We would have been better off with a couple of nice bottles of wine. The atmosphere was a bit lacking and it was expensive.

As usual, the Chef's tasting menu was fabulous. The beet risotto with sable fish was superb. Rob continues to amaze and impress us with his culinary talent.

Atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. Staff greeted us warmly with a smile. We had the 5 course chefs menu with wine pairings which were both outstanding. Would recommend this place to anyone that would enjoy exquisite food and wine. Will be back again when in Victoria for sure.

If you are looking for a fine dining experience with unique dishes, then Saveur is the place. While they have some a la carte options, the reason to go to Saveur is the set menu's. Open your mind and palette and allow the chef's brilliance to shine. I went for the regular set menu and my wife took the vegetarian option. We also opted for the wine pairing. Both were fantastic. Great experience and evening.
