There must be something going on with the kitchen staff because the food was not nearly as good as it usually is. The hot and sour soup broth was basically vinegar and the restaurant was out of Sriracha??The service was not good either and as for the robot server👎. Won't be back for a while 😞.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant! Always so satisfied, and will be a life long customer. We always get the Pad Thai, Pattaya Platter, Cashew Chicken stir fry, fresh spring rolls, and it is all to die for!!!

The food was not as good as I had previously experienced years ago in the Sawatdee downtown Minneapolis. My vegetarian fried rice consisted of two raw, unripe hunks of tomato and two slices of cucumber. That's it. Spring Roll was just average at best.Our food was delivered by Robot. That was a novelty. I think they need to step it up a notch food wise.

We hadn’t dined in since before Covid, but we did do a lot of takeout. It was even more delicious enjoying the food there. Is the ambiance fancy? No. But the food is fresh and there is a huge menu. We had Supenn’s spring rolls which were awesome. I had delight stir fry with mock duck, and my husband had the shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce. Both arrived hot, at the spice level we wanted and a generous portion. And, it was served by a robot!

Our server was pushy but then she forgot about us. She came to our table 30 seconds after we sat down when he told her that he needed an extra min, she huffed & said oh i'll get your order when I come back with her wine. She came back with the wine and asked, well have you made a decision? He told her some beer-- a tall. She came back with a short and mentioned that the tall glasses were all dirty and you will get this and a partial. She had started to walk away when we waved her back and told her that we wanted to order an app. when she came back with the app, we told her that we wanted to order. I ordered the pad thai and she asked how spicy do you want it-- I said, I want nothing with spicy, I get sick. She said yeah, yeah I get it. My Husband asked if the duck curry had a lot of tomatoes in it, she said no, not a lot. That dish doesn't have any in it. We then waited 30 minutes for our food; I would understand if the restaurant was busy.... but it was not. I also had a clear shot of the bar and I noticed her behind the bar messing with liquor bottles. When we actually received our food it was warm to the touch (on the top) but when you stirred the dish it was hot underneath (probably sitting under a heat lamp). Remember when I mentioned that I couldn't have spice... well there was something spicy in the dish and I couldn't eat it. She never came back to ask, how is the food or can I get you a replacement on those drinks. She was HORRIBLE!! She dropped off the bill, when my husband was still eating and said no rush. She then came back 5 minutes later and said Can I get anything off the table LIKE THE BILL! and when I told her no, we are not DONE, she walked away in a puff again. I waved the host over to speak with a manager, she refused to get one and all she wanted to do is comp our meal. Not sure we will be back.

Still not one of my favorites for Thai food. Decided to give them a try after many years avoiding them based on previous poor experiences with service. This visit didn't do much to change my mind. No service problems, but the food is just ok and the space is pretty boring. We started with Egg Rolls (meh) and the Sarong Sawatdee Special which is ground chicken wrapped in noodles and deep fried. It used to be a tightly wrapped ball, but this time was more spread out. The result is that it all fell apart when you tried to cut into it so that we ended up with a huge pile of fried noodles on the plate when we were done. My wife had the Shrimp & Scallops in Gralic Sauce which she always gets and continues to like. There's a good amount of seafood in the dish. I had the Shrimp Pad Thai and found it to be overly sweet and drowning in sauce. I'm not going to rush back.

I reserved a table for 6 but apparently there was no record of it although we were able to be seated right away. The bathrooms were disgusting, the floor around our table was covered in old food, the waitress didn't come back for about 20 minutes to take our order, the checks were split incorrectly and she specifically said "I split them to the best of my memory ability" so we had to redo them and wait yet again. The worst green curry I've ever had. They just dumped a bunch of crushed red pepper into some broth. Really underwhelming experience.

They’re short staffed so took the server a while to check on us. Wanted to nickel and dime for anything we asked for, down to some milk or cream to cut the spice level. Will probably just do takeout next time if at all.

Food was good. We understand the venue was short on staff and we were patient. We were able to visit and talk in a comfortable and quiet (not noisy) environment. Everyone enjoyed the meal and experience. We will be back.

While we waited over an hour for our food (two large parties before our order went in), the wait was with it. Food is excellent! I had the vegetable stir fry with chicken and I thought I would be underwhelmed, but it was very flavorful and the veggies were fresh! Service was great too!

It was hot in the restaurant, we had to ask for the air conditioner to be turned on. The waitress said it was because it was crowded. We were the only people in our section, and there were very few people inside. Most of the diners were outside. The service was extremely slow. We had to ask for napkins & a knife. Thankfully, the food was delicious. I would only recommend takeout here.

Unfortunately, our food was underwhelming. Thai pineapple fried rice and Pho were under seasoned and the Red Curry was salty. We’ve typically had good luck so perhaps it was just an off night.

The restaurant was not very busy yet we were seated next to every patron there. We also had long waits for drink orders and food. It was not busy we should not have had to walk to the bar and ask for help. It was also very warm in there like the air conditioning was not working. They were also out of most tap beers and were out of the bottled beer I requested.

Food was incredible. Staff was very kind and helpful. The table was a bit sticky and wobbly -- interior and environment of restaurant could use some updating. Felt a bit too dark inside. The menu was in rough shape as well - lots of crossing off of items that are no longer available. Would be more appealing to have cleaner and updated menus provided to guests. Not handwritten ones.

Disappointing service, overall. The server we had was great, but it took forever to get seated, and then even recognized when we did get seated. I felt like our server wasn’t even supposed to be in our section, but he got the “short straw” and had to help us out. Food was very good, but got vegetarian egg rolls instead of spring rolls. We liked them, so it was fine. Also - the sushi doesn’t start until 4pm, which was news to us.

I ordered my fried rice medium and it was overly spicy and not enjoyable. I have had this dish atleast 10 times and was very disappointed. Service was okay fairly slow and without any enthusiasm.

The service was very slow, did not know the answers to any of our food/drink questions, and the food was very bland. I’ve ordered the same dish many times in the past and this time around I ended up throwing the whole thing away when I got home. Super disappointing and not worth the $80 we spent between our food and drink. Probably won’t be back after this experience, which is unfortunate. I used to love this place.
