Made a reservation got in quickly, quick service and food was spaced out perfectly. Chicken parm was awesome and make sure to order the prosciutto mozzarella it’s really tasty!!!

Great food!! MUCH better than the Scaddabush in downtown Toronto! Great service from friendly staff -- efficient but not "hovering". Nice vibe, spacious seating (not jammed close to other tables)! Five stars!

The appetizer which comes in a cast iron skillet was cold and we went it back, they ‘reheated it’ and it was lukewarm. So much so the cheese on top hasn’t melted. The kale salad was underwhelming Pizza was very good. Our server is a Pro, she adjusted our bill. We dine at the same location regularly so this was a one-off. Understand menu prices are a bit steep for what you’re getting due to current situation But we’d appreciate our dining experience to match the dollar value of the meal Unfortunately this time it did not

Amazing food. Great taste, very fresh pastas and sauces. Tender chicken and shrimps. Loved it. It would have been nicer if they checked on any celebrations. It was my wife’s birthday so that gesture would have made it special.

Our waitress, I believe her name was Elaina, but I could be wrong, was excellent. The food came out quickly, it was exactly what we ordered, and it was very delicious. She even gave my wife and I a glass of champagne, as we were celebrating our anniversary.

We were warmly greeted at the door. Seated promptly and were fortunate to have Andrea as our server. She provided exceptional service throughout the evening. We were a party of 6 and everyone had different dishes, mostly pasta. We all enjoyed our meals. Kids menu was especially reasonably priced. A decent wine list. The only drawback was the noise level. It was extremely loud, so much so that conversation was difficult amongst ourselves. This was with the restaurant not even half full.

Great place if you have a lot of time to kill. Service was terrible, waitress was boarder line rude, instead of coming to check on use we had to flag her down for drink refills, at one point she just took an empty glass but didn’t ask if we wanted a refill-just took it. Didn’t engage in Any conversation- was very direct and almost rude-not friendly at all, it seemed we were an inconvenience. We asked a question about a menu item and she replied “I don’t know I’m not familiar with it”. Food was taking forever and not once did she come to give us an update. We asked for the bill and even that took forever. The birthday we were there to celebrate was never even acknowledged even thought it was mentioned on the res several times. The food took forever and also was very disappointing. Bruschetta was not edible as the bread was so hard it was comparable to a crouton. Mozzarella was hard and rubbery. Pasta was tasteless, sauces tasteless, meatball was raw in the middle and cold-RAW. We were offered a free dessert and entree was taken off the bill but come on Overall super disappointing-so many better options in Burlington

Ridiculously loud. There was a Birthday party for 35 people which was so so loud. They should have contacted incoming reservations and us know ahead of time. Everyone had to shout to be heard not relaxing and enjoyable at all unfortunately

Food was delicious. Service excellent. Portions were ample. The only thing we didn’t like was that the noise level was extremely high. I think the music didn’t help. A little loud. Otherwise, it was great and we will definitely go again.

Excellent, very personal service that included having my meal altered to take my allergies into account. Friendly, prompt and attentive wait staff. Just a bit noisy, making it challenging to have a conversation. However, it was a busy Saturday evening, so that’s not unexpected.

Overall dining experience was very good. The pasta was excellent, however a few items prevent me from giving it a five star rating. First when you charge $ 34 for a cocktail the person making it should know what they are doing (Tequila Sunrise was not made correctly all you could taste was the grenadine). On a $225 bill a restaurant of this caliber should not be charging the cliental $2.50 for an extra portion of garlic bread to finish up an appetizer with. Lastly when the bill did arrive to be paid the setting on the machine for tipping (gratuity) is preset for 18% -30 %. In most business's 30 % on a tab would be considered profit sharing not gratuity. For this reason I left a tip slightly less than I would have otherwise. You should not be guilting people into a 20 % tip. A range of 10% to 25 % is more typical and acceptable amount for service.

Our experience was perfect from the food to the service from Awu(may be spelled wrong). He was so pleasant to talk to and his suggestions were right on. The House Wine was excellent too. I was going to order a Chianti fm Italy but this was just as good. We will be back for sure.
