Our server was sweet, but completely run off her feet. Not enough staff. Hostess was beyond rude. Food took forever and then wasn’t great. Won’t be returning, which is sad since it’s in our neighbourhood. Venue and location are lovely but not the dining experience

Excellent service and food was delicious. The gelato (dark chocolate) was huge and the best ever!!! Our table was in a corner near windows and there seemed to be a draft coming from vents above which made it a bit cool. Decor and area of restaurant is awesome. Innovative scissors for pizza. Loved our experience as first timers. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The food was tasty, though I think it is way over priced. I ordered the mushroom fettuccine. If you order a pasta with chicken in it, I think you would expect to have a full chicken breast in your pasta. So I was expecting about the same amount of mushrooms. Um....no. There was maybe 5-7 mushrooms in my dish and a handful of very tiny onions. It was mostly just pasta and sauce. For the price, I was expecting a lot more then just pasta and sauce. To be honest, I don't think I would eat here again.

Service was prompt and attentive, thank you to our server, Brandon. We enjoyed our meals. Only complaint was that we were seated next to the high chairs/extra chairs and the ipad charging storage box, so staff were constantly next to us fetching things or crouched next to our table working on an ipad. Not sure if a table should be placed so close to this corner?

Our visit as always was an enjoyable one. Melanie remembered us, waved and said hello .. made us feel special! Thank you Olivia and Conrad for the great service. Conrad was shadowing Olivia .. good luck Conrad! Our first time ordering the Sofia pizza and was certainly yummy 😋. The calamari fritti and hazelnut chocolate cake did not disappoint. See you again on our next visit.

We always enjoy dining at Scaddabush - Mimico and requested a specific booth. The pasta and mozzarella are freshly made in-house .. absolutely delicious. Our favourites - calamari fritti, 3 cheese truffle charity bread, meatball; zucca ravioli, mushroom & truffle gnocchi, shrimp puttanesca, chicken & shrimp; hazelnut cheesecake chocolate cake, tiramisu. Yum yum !! On this visit our servers Melanie and Amit made our evening seamless. It was Amit first day and was shadowing Melanie; he was a quick learner coming up with initiatives and ensuring to ask Melanie .. good luck Amit. Thank you!

Overall it was okay, service was incredibly slow, it took our waitress 20 minutes to get only our drink order. Food was tasty but came to our table cold, we tried to get someone to reheat it but after 5 minutes of having our hands raised we just decided to eat it cold.

Felt very rushed. Server came every 5 minutes to ask if we were ready to order. Had ordered appetizers and drinks and she became very annoying. We wanted to relax and take our time as there were 5 of us who hadn’t seen each other for a year. Would maybe go to another restaurant in Humber Bay next time.

Food took way too long to come. We waited almost an hour. We enjoyed the food once it came. Our 2 yr old loved the butter noodles and ice cream dessert. I had beet salad with shrimp. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. It was supposed to be on arugula but came on spinach. We are on the patio. They have plenty of umbrellas. Waiter was very attentive. They gave us a free dessert as compensation for waiting so long. I would go back. Lots of menu choices. Pricing is a bit higher than what you would expect for this type of restaurant but not unreasonable.

We had lunch on the patio over the weekend. The staff greeted us warmly and accommodated our request to move to a table in the sunshine as it was colder in the shade. Our server Scott was personable and friendly and attended to our every request. We did have a bit of a wait for the food, but that was likely due to the kitchen dealing with a lot of orders. I ordered the mushroom truffle gnocchi and it was delicious! I was also surprised with a Birthday treat of the most delicious chocolate cake I have eaten in a long time! All in all, a lovely experience.

We had a bad experience as the food for 2 of us came out very cold. The waiter was excellent and brought us two more dishes and it was a little warmer but the chicken was dry. Service was good but we probably will not return due to the quality of the food.

First time at Scaddabush and had high expectations from everything I read and saw online. Overall the experience was good. Our server was very friendly and was doing double duty as bartender so understandably, he was busy. Everyone enjoyed their meal however my pasta was clumped in so many places which means parts of it were harder than they should be. It tasted great but that was not ideal. I think the whole service industry is feeling the effects of labour shortages and high demand from the public and Scaddabush is not immune. I will give them another try for sure as I’m sure this was an anomaly.
