    Really good food but my friend ordered two different wines and both of them were bad so something is clearly wrong with their wine storage. The waitress was super kind and very helpful when she was informed about the bad wine. As well it felt like we were sitting under a heat lamp, at one point my face was literally burning it was so hot so that made the dinner uncomfortable.

    unfortunately the beer was flat, headless and kind of sour. our server fixed us right up, and even gave a good conversation about taylor swift!

    Unfortunately the level of service continues to go down. Either they need more help or develop a better system. Not sure this will be my go to place any more as there are better restaurants in the area.

    Glen was a lovely service who was attentive and respectful. We had a brilliant girls’ night out and are grateful for Glen! The mozzarella was amazing, as was the butternut squash ravioli.

    My friend and I often choose this location to meet for dinner. The server was fantastic. He didn't rush us or bother us. He allowed us time to enjoy our meals and refilled our drinks. I was happy Scaddabush accepted the Open Table check as I had issues with another restaurant. Good meal and service.

    We have eaten here many times, service always excellent. Shared a Caesar salad, sausage & fennel fettuccini, fettuccini bolognese, cheesecake. All very good. For some reason, the serving staff and the manager this time had no idea how to deal with the Open Table cheque we presented to pay for a portion of our bill. They eventually figured it out. The music was extremely loud and not the type of music to play while everyone was having dinner. Hopefully next time we eat there they will have lowered the sound level.

    The good- The fresh mozzarella appetizer and our drinks were really good. The bad- We made a reservation on this app for a regular table and they still tried to seat us at a high top….and the place wasn’t that busy so it wasn’t a facilitating by demand issue. The ugly- Our server seemed in a rush from the get-go and was more interested in the incoming message on her smartwatch than taking our order, when our main course came we had to grad cutlery ourselves from the servers station after waiting almost 5 minutes for someone to come by, a server/manager didn’t come by to check on us until our meal was almost done, and when leaving there was two girls at the hostess station and neither looked up to wish us a good day. Let’s be clear here….the restaurant wasn’t very busy, and we were pleasant to all staff we interacted with. We issued no complaints in the restaurant….our opinion is if your too ignorant to do your job right….for what prices are now….we’ll take our money elsewhere….and next time we want Scadfabush: IT WILL NOT BE AT THE WINSTON CHURCHHILL LOCATION.

    Great menu including the children's menu. I could eat a plate of the penne and tomato sauce myself! The best Fettucine alla Vongole I've tasted. Our reservations were at 4:45 - senior and kids time. The place was full by 5:00! Our server Genna was super. She was very busy and seemed to be run off her feet but it didn't phase her. A pro! We had to ask for parm but she was overall friendly, attentive and made our Grandaughter's birthday a special day! Thanks, we'll be back.

    Had a nice dinner, quick service. Luckily our server was able to get one of us a chicken sandwich with salad which they had sadly changed to lunch time only (which was the case with all of their sandwiches except the burger)

    Not my first time at Scaddabush - as usual it was satisfactory for lunch with a friend. Prices everywhere at restaurants have skyrocketed and Scaddabush no exception.. a pasta dish - no meat, just mushrooms, etc. costs close to $30... eating at restaurants has become a real luxury- exhorbinant extravagance.

    Scaddabush is one of my children’s favourite restaurants - we frequent the Burlington and Toronto (Front St) locations quite often. Tonight, we chose the Mississauga location to have dinner with their elderly, disabled grandmother. We chose a time before the dinner rush as well as made a reservation to ensure that we would get a table to accommodate our group. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty, and the 5 of us were placed at a table for 4. I requested to be moved several times but was denied – every one of the alternative locations I asked to be moved to was also empty when we left an hour and a half later. I then asked for the volume of blaring music to be turned down a bit to accommodate my mother’s hearing aid – this was also denied. Over the course of our hour and a half in the restaurant, I watched three other families of 5 and 6 people be seated at tables for 4 in our section and then moved when they requested it. When I questioned why we couldn’t be accommodated, no one could answer my question. When the food arrived, my son’s fires were ice cold. However, the waiter - Isiah -was fantastic. I would gladly be seated in his section again; however, the hosting staff was less than friendly, and I would not return or recommend this location to anyone.

    Amanda was a very good server. She immediately addressed our request to turn down the music a bit so that my mom could better hear us across the table during our Mother’s Day dinner. Food was served quickly. Beet salad was very good. Two of us had the ravioli, which was very filling. My husband had the shrimp puttanesca pasta which had a bit of a zip. Cheesecake is definitely to share!

    We waited over an hour to get our food; guests that arrived after us were served their food before us. We actually went to the Oakville location in order to try a "better" Scaddabush as the one in Burlington had the same issues last time we went. As well, when we received our food it was lukewarm and my son's pizza was cold.

    We haven't been here in quite some time. The pandemic changed a lot of our normal travel routine, and now that things are pretty much back to "normal" (whatever that is) we'll be back more frequently. The food and service were very good. We enjoyed our visit.
