   Everything was perfect. The host said that she noticed a reservation, said we were on a date when she came in at noon, so she had set aside a special table in the back corner. Our server, Amanda was excellent. Her smile was natural and she was for real friendly, not just someone looking for a good tip. I look forward to our next visit.

   I made reservations 2 days ahead and still waited 40 mins before being seated and that was after checking in with the host 3X. Beyond Pathetic! When I arrived I was told it’ll be just a few mins but it turned into 40 minutes and there were 6-7 visible tables empty that could have been given to us. By reservation was for 9:00 pm so not even peek time. I made a note it was my hubby’s 50th birthday but no acknowledgment of it until I said something to our waitress. What’s the point of writing a request if the restaurant doesn’t consider it. Im a huge NO for returning or recommending!

   It took quite a while for a server to approach our table. Food was not hot, though it was tasty! Music was very loud ~ it made it difficult to communicate ~ we asked for it to be turned down and the waiter did so immediately. Hostess was very pleasant.

    A popular spot, but we found that the one of our pasta dishes was lukewarm while the spaghetti in the other dish was a bit on the sticky side and the tomato sauce was too thick and not particularly flavourful. Our server was very accommodating and did discount the bill. We may have caught them on a very busy night but may or may not be back.

    The manager tonight..ON VALENTINES.. was so rude! The food was absolutely terrible. Not to mention it took our waiter 15 mins AFTER giving us our bill for us to pay .. we wanted to leave so bad. Please, this place has never heard about SALT. All their food is so BLAND. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!

    Had family in town after a long drive. Perfect ambiance as no need to get “dressed up” after a long drive. Excellent food. Everyone very happy with what they ordered. Service was spot on but always is with Eric looking after us.

    Unfortunately the chicken portion of the chicken parm was luke warm. The pasta was hot though so overall the plate was enjoyable. This was the case for two plates. The service was excellent and ambiance lovely.

    I guess likely due to lack of staff, service was really slow. The balsamic truffle cheese dish was not as good as it used to be, especially the bread which was a bit stable. It was a barely alright dinner this evening.

    Remi was a great server. He never rushed us and was very attentive. The food was delicious and good proportions. The cheesecake is the BEST ever. It's very light and not sweet.

    Disappointed. I have wanted to try this restaurant for ages. No bread on the table. This is the 1st Italian restaurant I have been to where there was no bread on the table...nada... Food was excellent and plentiful. Our waiter Eric was not great...I'm still waiting for him to offer fresh ground pepper. I waited so long my dish got cold. I had to snag another waiter passing by and beg him to pass me the pepper grinder. My dish came with a spoonful of parmesan (but what if I wanted more - no one asked!) My husbands dish did not come with parmesan cheese but he did want some...no one came by to ask how are meal was...insane. 6 for dinner and not impressed!

    The service was fantastic!! Our waiter was very accommodating, efficient, super funny and made our lunch experience top notch!! We had the Sophia pizza and it was fantastic! We also had the beet and goat cheese salad, very nice but the dressing was a little on the bland side. We finished off our meal with cappuccinos and the chocolate cake with hazelnut ice cream which was sensational and very generous. Definitely going back again!!

    Guinea the hostess was amazing from the time I came in the door I felt welcomed. I had issues with my open table app. Guinea was patient and kind and helped me resolved my issue. Definitely a great experience all round.
