To think that I’m writing this review while I’m still sitting in the restaurant. Been here since 8:50pm and it is now 10:51 and no one in the group has received food yet. Not sure if they’re short staffed or what. Firstly, walked in and there was no host to great us. Booked an 8:45 reservation and was told they didn’t even have the reservation. Then I was told to take a seat because the table wasn’t ready. After 15 minutes of waiting I was told they double booked our reservation. So they pushed together some tables, forcing other customers to move. There was little to no customer service. The kitchen also ran out of alot of ingredients I’m surprised a restaurant isn’t more prepared.

The ambiance and service was good. Throughout the night we were assigned two servers and they were absolutely amazing. However, a few of my guests were told that the kitchen ran out of dough and Stella’s, which was very disappointing despite having a reservation booked in ahead of time. A few of my guests were not satisfied to the point that they went to Wendy’s across the street to grab food instead. We also waited almost 2hrs for our food to come out. If you don’t care about food/dining in and just want a cute place to take pictures, enjoy the interior/music, have appetizers and drinks then this is a great place. Other than that, my feedback would be towards the kitchen and whoever orders inventory… they should be more prepared especially for the weekend.

Went for a birthday dinner with friends. The restaurant has potential to look good with the red ambiance. However the seating was broken/wobbly, bathroom was atrocious/sink falling apart and the place seemed dusty like it was unused for some time. When we arrived the front door was boarded up, we almost turned away. That night the Saturday promoter on hand really made sure we had a good night, for that reason we felt more comfortable and we stayed for the music which was good. The menu didn’t have a lot available and bottles were limited. We made the best of the night, but we wouldn’t return.

I booked my reservation on open table, I traveled all the way from Brampton to this restaurant. Only to arrive and see chairs put up on the tables as though they were closed. When I called the number on the website I was told to hold on and that they would call me back. I never received a callback and had to go somewhere else. this was very frustrating, I recommend calling and confirming your reservation before traveling. I was looking forward to this reservation and it was a very disappointing experience.

had a reservation for 12 people. Got there and the place was completely empty. We sat down and waited for about half an hour and we were still the ONLY people in the bar. Needless to say we did not stay for our reservation. The vibes were just not there.

Horrible and dirty bathroom. Service was slow waitress were on their phone and took forever to bring food. Food overly overpriced and tastes horrible no seasoning at all .

I celebrated my birthday here this weekend and I had the best time ever! It was amazing and the vibes were on point. This is my second time at Scarlett and both nights were unforgettable. I cant wait to come again! I highly recommend it if you are looking for an amazing time! The drinks, food, service, music, and ambience is perfect! 10/10

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager was rude, let in so many other people in front of us despite the fact that we had reservations. Servers were also rude, kept rushing us and had an attitude while taking our orders. Didn’t even bother staying here because service was so bad. Go anywhere else

Service was really slow, our server forgot our order, came back to our table asking what would like to order, where we first ordered 4 shots of Tequila, we are only table of 2. Then we have to wait for 20 mins for two shots of bourbon, server was saying there is a large order went in that is why it is taking a long time for our shots. Drinks, horrible... I have no words to describe how bad my coctail was, I took a sip and then left it, told the server, but she did not offer to take the drink back or gave me another one. Music wqs good, however we were sitting at the patio therefore noise level was not bad at all, but we went inside to pay our bills, music was quite loud. Bathroom have no hand soap, was surprised especially during this time where sanitation is important. Prices was ridiculously expensive, it's ok to charge that kind of prices if the drinks and services are top notch. I will not go back again.

We had a reservation for 11:45 and took us forever to get in. Even though We arrived at 11:35. We understand the vaccine passports and we have absolutely no problem showing that one by one. I don’t think we sat at our table till 12am ordered drinks all around. They came, not what we asked for but some kind of drinks arrived. The drinks were alright tasting for whatever they they were. But what really just turned us off was being over charged completely paying and we were not offered change which is fine. I will say we generously tipped as well. But then to be told we’re short??? Okay so we left another 20. And again not offered any change. Lol yeah so if you want some over priced drinks and to be over charged go for it. We were really excited about Scarlett and we wanted to stay for last call but unfortunately not even asked.

I made a reservation for my friends 21st birthday and they kicked us out after 45 minutes for no reason. If you make a reservation for less than 5 people know that you could/will be kicked out at any moment

I had a reservation set for a table for 4, and the staff didn’t honor it whatsoever. As we arrived and mentioned my Anne for the reservation, the staff didn’t even look to check for my name and immediately said I would have to wait 30-45mins. What’s the point of offering reservations if you take every walk-in?

We had a reservation and it was completely unorganized. We told the host we had a reservation - she never asked what time it was for, to see my name or to see proof. She said a table would be ready in 5-10 mins for us, which is fine. But then the security asked everyone lining up to move back and they ended up seating multiple parties that didn’t have reservations before us so we just left. Not even worth it to book a reso here since they don’t uphold it anyways.

The most horrible night I’ve ever had out! Staff were so rude and disrespectful, they completely disregarded our reservation, and we were “lucky” enough to be seated after getting declined from entering even though we arrived for our reservation on time. My group ordered drinks, and our waitress kept bringing us the wrong order several times, then insisted we were wrong and that she brought us what we asked for the first time, even though that was far from the truth! It was definitely the worst service I’ve ever had at any bar/restaurant ever, and I promise I will tell everyone I know that I highly recommend NOT coming here.

Showed up for reservation and was told to wait in line on the street for 20 minutes. Seemed like they cared very little about getting my group of 6 business. Ended up going next door for a fun time instead. Overall disappointed!

We new we would be about 15min late so I called them about 5 times to notify them. Number would go straight to voicemail. So when we showed up, the servers just stood there staring at us, no one approached. So I walked over and told them I had made rsvp but tried to call. They told me they gave our table away because I didn’t call. I had to show them on my phone call history to prove I tried. Got some attitude and were given a table. Then when ordering drinks we were told they don’t have any beer on tap. Tried to order a bottle of champagne and was told they don’t have that either….

We sat there for 20 minutes with servers constantly walking by ya, looking at us and nobody asked to assist. One girl even went to the table right across us to ask them if they want more drinks and didn’t care at all about us. We told the “interim manager” about this and it didn’t really phase them, and he just said can I do anything to assist now but it didn’t matter and when we walked about someone mocked that “want me to buy you a bottle” What’s disappointing is the crowd there was ridiculous to begin with, and we would’ve dropped more money than 90% of the people there, but because we were two brown girls it didn’t matter to them at all.

i had an opentable reservation but, when we arrived, they said there was no table for us, were rude and said they were too busy to adjust their opentable to accurately show if there was a table available. we’re never seated and would never want to go again.
