We have been to the Score couple.of times, but this time unfortunately the service was poor. We had a reservation, and we arrived at 12.10 pm. We placed our food orders around 12.20. But we were finally served our food at 1:30 pm, more than an hour later! And also way past the 12-1 lunch time. There was no explanation given, and no efforts made by the management to appease the customers. Makes it an unreliable destination for company lunches, therefore we will not be going back anytime soon.

Was seated in the very back of the restaurant on a busy night. Our waiter was clearly very busy but only took care of the front of his section. After ordering a lot of food he did not care to refill any of our waters or even give us attention. What we were hoping for a nice couple of hours turned into 3+ as we could not even get our waiters attention. I had to get up just to flag down for the bill. Food was good, the value is in their beer, cocktails are slightly overpriced for the inside venue

I have been to score on king before but my two friends had never gone. We had a phenomenal time. Our server was attentive, fun and personable! He really was the star of the show. We mentioned it was my birthday a few days prior and he even gave us a round on him. Invited us back after the raptors game but unfortunately we couldn’t make it. The food was also SO good. We had the lettuce wraps, nachos with pulled pork and truffle fries. Highly recommend all of them. We will be back. Thanks score on king!

I liked this restaurant, however, as soon as we walked in we were told that there are no minors allowed in the evening. This was not specified anywhere on opentable. The food was amazing and the prices were decent. Our server did accuse my boyfriend of not paying his bill, and we were followed out twice. He did pay his bill the first time. So the service wasnt great. More of an afterwork pub / bar than anything.

I have always loved the vibe of this place. Service was very average. Our server was not friendly. Food was ok, chicken wings were good, Nachos were alright, the steak was below below average. The portion of the steak in Steak Frites was joke worthy. This is my learning to never eat a steak at a pub.

Not enough service to go around. Has more than one server that a) are inattentive b) give you generic, dishonest, not thought out answers for simple requests such as for seating room, food ordering, drinks, etc) and c) does not check in on you or follow up on requests. We were sat down with water and taken orders for apps but by time we were ready to order the server cannot be waved down - they are seating 2 new tables and would engage in conversation with them and not look our way even though our tables is the one they have to walk towards and past every time. We requested with our initial reservation, as well as upon seating, to change just one of the 4 TVs around us to the Packer's game, and the server replied immediately "of course," yet the TV was not changed until before we left. We had asked 3 times to the server before resorting to another busboy who actually said they don't know if it's possible and will check with manager. In turn though, no one got back to us. We then flagged down someone with a headset who seemed like the manager 1.5 hours into our time, and 1 hour into the game, if we can change the TV. He said, maybe, he will check - the only one that seemed to have taken the request to heart. As for the food, we did not get our orders for the meal taken until after 1 hour into our time. Again, water was refilled by other walking servers, but never to take our order, or to check in on the food other than if we wanted to "keep the dipping sauce from the appetizer." Given this was a sports bar, where we expected to watch a game on one of the TVs, and to have some quick bites, it was beyond dissapointing. Not to mention the appeitizer having just 6-8 small bites max. The breakfast "burger" had a patty thinner than a standard breakfast sausage. Will never return nor recommend.

Our 2nd time going to that place … The First time was very good service and the server ( I think his name is Jonathan) was very pleasant, nice and always checking on us. But last night the lady served without introducing her name, waiting for her for almost 45 mins to take order drinks and appetizers. She not very nice, she is not a good server at all, not paying attention to our table and every single thing you need to ask plates, cutlery. We order foods, drinks and coffee that are not warmed what a disappointment … overall we are not coming back…

Great place to watch any sporting event with friends. Love the vibe there for sports! Everyone I was with ordered wings. They were great value for $17. Everyone enjoyed the flavour they selected! I will be back again as I have been many times before!

I love Scores on King, been there multiple times, indoor/patio, summer/winter etc. I highly recommend. One comment: when ordering the Ceasars with food on top, the server should recommend we also order a beer at the same time, that's because beer is served instantly vs ceasar takes 25 minutes to be served.

Got the $60 Grande caesar - 14 oz burger was separated only by wax paper so burger un was soggy and cold ( advice - use a coaster or something that doesn't transfer the temp or make the bun wet) , patty was also extremely overworked and over cooked way too dense. Mac and cheese balls weren't mac and cheese, looked like risotto so I wasn't happy about that either. corn dogs, nachos and chicken sandwich was fantastic, very well cooked and a nice brownie to end it. Caesar was above average but I've had better. Graham our waiter was awesome, very helpful and personable.

First dinner here. We were delayed at the Blue Jays game and I called twice to let them know we were running late. Restaurant was very accommodating and extended our reservation with each phone call. Awesome customer service. Caesar’s were awesome and service was outstanding. Thanks so much, we will be back !!
