    This was THE BEST meal we ever had the pleasure of enjoying! Ian our server couldn’t be more gracious and went upstairs twice to get exquisite cocktails from Illume. A very charming handsome gentleman who really enhanced the evening. Oysters, octopus, blackened marine scallops, agnolotti - all magnificent. We weren’t even hungry and ate late, but enjoyed every amazing morsel. We definitely will stay again this Christmas season and make reservations bringing our family. So much to choose from on the menu and awesome cocktails. we’ll come with a bigger appetite. Truly a wonderful experience!!!

    Just a very disappointing experience overall. I booked for the Thanksgiving Dinner because the set menu looked really good. They opened at 5pm on Thanksgiving and we had a 7pm reservation, but they could only offer two Thanksgiving meals, to our party of 5, because they had run out in two hours? The rest of us were forced to order from their regular menu, which was very steak focused. I’m not one to turn down a good steak, so I didn’t mind and based on the price points (min $70 for any steak) and the hard sell on the beef they get from a ranch in Kansas I had high expectations. The steaks were average at best and they brought the wrong steak for my brother, strip instead of the filet he ordered. The rest of the food was also average and for some reason, nothing was at the appropriate temperature (I.e., all the hot food was served cold and the steak were not even warm). The waiters served every plate to the wrong person and our lead server dropped a chef’s torch on my brother lap when trying to smoke some rosemary. The drinks were decent, but way overpriced. Honestly would not eat here again!

    Ambiance is great, restaurant is elegant and service is very good. Food looks great, great presentation but lacks in flavor. We had ceviche to start which was okay. As well as the octopus which was tasty but tough. Kids stake was flavorless. Good experience and service just the food lacks a little. Cantaloupe martini was perfect!

    Ambiance and service were great. Wine was great. Salads and apps were great. Ordered the 16oz ribeye medium and it came out raw and 80% grizzle/fat. Asked for the 10oz filet medium to replace it and it came out completely black and over charred with ZERO seasoning/flavor. It literally tasted like charcoal. Ending up not eating an entree at all. Unfortunate because it was a birthday celebration.

    Brad our waiter was awesome. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and made sure our experience was best cause we were celebrating my wife birthday. We had the smoked scallops for appetizers and they were amazing. The bread with black truffle butter with sage was amazing. The glazed carrots,truffle fries,mushrooms and steak was amazing. Thank you Brad for making Michelle’s birthday an incredible evening….

    My wife and I have eaten here perhaps 3x. Each visit was a pleasant and delicious experience. We were excited to invite our sons who joined us for my wife’s birthday dinner. The service was very good, as usual. The quality of the food, especially for the price, was unacceptable. The bread service excellent, but the grilled carrots were not soft, albeit tasty. The ravioli was tasty but cold in the middle. The Brussels sprouts tasted odd. We ordered 2 filet mignons ($70 each). We were disappointed with the cut and flavor. To be fair, server did comp the sprouts and the pasta. We don’t mind paying for an expensive meal when it’s delicious and enjoyable; however, this experience was a total disappointment. The ambiance is very good.

    Service was amazing, Eric is impeccable. He’s selected the perfect wine pairing to accompany my duck, which was phenomenal . Food is simply delicious, definitely Michelin star ⭐️ worthy. The menu just changed for the fall, not a fan of the crab grits but everything else we had made my tongue dance.

    First time at Sear + sea experience was amazing!!! Went for my gf birthday dinner and had Diego as our server, right off the bat he was filled with knowledges of the menu!! We ordered pretty much everything he recommended and was so impressed, octopus as apps and surf n Turf for the main was the best thing! Definitely recommend

    Unfortunately I’ve had steaks from salt grass taste better than here. I should have gone with my gut and ordered the fish. Very hard to for a place that knows how to cook great steaks

    Many great options on the menu. Restaurant can get very loud at times. The hostess was extremely accommodating and the server was attentive. I enjoyed the blue cheese crusted filet mignon, however my favorite dish was the brussels sprouts!

    Second time at S+S. Unfortunately, this time wasn’t anywhere near as good as the last. Tomahawk cut wasn’t great and was somewhat over done. Shellfish platter was just ok. Sides and dessert were outstanding as was our wait service. Outdoor seating was perfect for dinner - mostly couples. Very nice setting in a great hotel.

    It was our first time at Sear + Sea based on reviews and we did not find the reviews to be accurate in our case. The caviar serving was much different than any other Michelin restaurant we have been to and was not a good value in my opinion. The lamb chops were so small and the taste was just not something that sat well with me. The server did have that charge removed. The mushrooms were flavored poorly and I took one bite and left those. The one good thing was the cocktail and wine list. Had two great cocktails and a nice Super Tuscan bottle of wine. With so many amazing restaurants in Orlando, this was a one and done for us. Hopefully anyone reading this does give them a try though as everyone has different opinions.

    This was one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. The 10 oz. Filet mignon was mouthwatering and done perfectly medium as requested, it came with a generous portion of bernaise sauce that was as good as anything I can get in New York. I accompanied my steak with a perfectly done lobster tail and topped it with a medallion of foie gras. I had potato purée and glazed carrots that were more then enough to share with my wife. This was one of the best dinners I have had in a long time. Our waiter Diego was professional, well versed in the menu and drink selection. It was obvious he took extreme pride in his job. My wife had the Alaskan crab leg appetizer and the squid ink pasta. Both were exceptional. We will be back. Chuck and Pat Augustine Point Pleasant NJ.

    First time visiting the restaurant and it did not disappoint. Service was impeccable. We chose the fish special (black grouper) and the pasta. Both dishes were amazing. Definitely order the bread! So yummy. We will be returning.

    Was in town for my birthday. Service was amazing but food was not. Ordered the scallops and octopus for appetizer and it was decent. Ordered two steaks for dinner with sides. Steaks were not cooked appropriately and we had to send them back. Restaurant cooked new ones and was still wrong, wife and I decided to close the check and head upstairs to a different restaurant. Overall, not impressed with our experience for the price….

    Food was good but not outstanding as was expected. We had to remind the server of our appetizer as our salads came and we never had our appetizer. We had the same exact bottle of wine, same vintage and all the night before and it was $120 less, shame on us for ordering it but we knew we loved it and with the price mark up we wanted to be sure to pick something we loved.

    The food was very disappointing. The homemade pasta was gummy and too thick of a pasta to serve with a mushroom cream sauce. The filet was seared and cooked to the right temperature but had absolutely no seasoning. Desserts were ‘deconstructed’ but were not referenced on the menu as such. The best part of the meal were the salads and olive bread.

    This is an excellent, solid, and consistent restaurant with outstanding service. I don't award 5 stars often, but this one definitely deserved it. Innovative, delicious lobster bisque. The 10 oz. filet mignon was cooked perfectly to order and the wood fire gave it a delicious flavor. Upper end but not overpriced wine list. Our server and the manager have been with the restaurant since it opened, and it showed in service presentation and execution. The only item that didn't shine up to the rest of the meal was the side of broccolini; it was good but nothing to rave about. That aside, this is definitely worth the money for a special meal! Travel note--valet parking is validated by the restaurant.
