The skate special was absolutely terrific. Hard to find on a restaurant menu. Chef Joe prepared it perfectly..with brown butter, and stuffed with shrimp. We told him it was one of our favorites and lo and behold, the next week he had it as a special!❤️

Season is the best food I can grab in Glen Head by far, Joe the Chef and owner is a mastermind when it comes to food. I can easily say everything I had was by far the best food I’ve had in a very long time. Highly recommend and will go again!

Greatest stuffed zucchini blossoms! The sauces for pasta are delicious. Service was exceptionally attentive and the chef comes in to the dining room to ask how the meals were. More than a neighborhood eatery. Worth traveling for.

The specials tonight were incredible. 9day skirt steak with roasted asparagus & truffle roasted potatoes was one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted. Steak was cooked perfectly, and the bark on the outside….no words. The calamarata buttera pasta with porcini mushroom sweet sausage pink sauce was also amazing. Do not miss these special dishes!!

Was very lucky to catch 2 of the specials before they sold out..jumbo soft shell crabs and lasagna. Both were terrific. The soft shell crab was stuffed with rock shrimp and sweet onion and was incredibly flavorful. I do not remember having one that I enjoyed as much. The lasagna was served in a skillet and just melted in your mouth. Kudos to Chef Joe for once again creating a spectacular food experience!

This was our second time ar Season and we can’t wait to go back. Joe, the chef owner is not only a wonderful chef, but a a warm individual who takes an interest in his clients. He greets you at the table and make sure you are enjoying your food, Haley,, the bartender/server & Sid, our server, were equally terrific. They are knowledgeable, make great recommendations, provide excellent service, and add to a great dining experience.. Portions are generous and the food is delicious. We will be back soon.

I went to Season Restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday on a Thursday night. The food was excellent! My husband is a pescatarian, and the chef made the Rock Shrimp "Po-Boy" Tacos without the smoked bacon for him. He ate the Grilled Whole Branzino for dinner, which he said was "out of this world!" I ordered the Grilled Tuscan Chicken Breast, seasoned nicely and topped with roasted peppers and arugula. For his birthday dessert, my husband ordered a slice of carrot cake which was good but a little pricey at $18.00. The martini I ordered was mixed perfectly (shaken, not stirred, with olives on the side). Chef Joe visited our table to chat about the restaurant's food and ambiance. Overall, the experience at Season Restaurant was good, and I hope that Chef Joe and his charming place stay in Glen Head for a very long time!

One of the most talented chefs on Long Island. Joe puts his passion into his food and makes every thing with love. We tried the new Soring menu. Miso cedar plank smoked cod was delicious as were the prawns with cucumber mango salsa. Definitely try the Paulies meatballs for appetizer! Amazing! 10+.

This was our first time at Season, and our party of four really enjoyed it. We ordered ceasar salads, the swordfish, salmon, bronzino and ribs. For dessert , the bread pudding. Everything was delicious!

Food is outstanding, every time I’ve been to Season Bistro, it’s cold inside. The restaurant is open, what four days a week? Turn the heat up to take the chill out at opening time… you don’t have to have the heat on all night, maybe when it’s at capacity, it’d be comfortable, but at opening, it’s always cold inside. Also, turn the lights up just a pinch, it’s so dark, can’t see a thing. I had a reservation the other night… I was seated next to the wine refrigerator/bar/ front door! I mean what is that? There were plenty of tables in the back that were available, not only that, Thursday night, every other table for two that came in was seated at a table for four; couldn’t have done that for us instead of by the refrigerator?

53 years old and the Second Best Meal of my entire life. Everything was perfectly cooked. Amazing. This is my second visit and I have to go before the menu changes so I can get the meal again. I am looking to see what is on the next Seasons menu as well. I would like to go once per month with the wife. Its incredible to get such high quality food at such a great price. I have recommended this restaurant to people who enjoy the finer things in life.

Homemade spinach ravioli in a vodka truffle sauce was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Run..don’t walk..it’s that good. Chef Joe is a food genius. Charles, Sasha, and Victoria delivered unparalleled service.

We had the hamburger and a speak special that was terrific and a good pasta with pepper dish. The service was very good. We came early and the saddest early. I like the chef came around 10 inquire about the meal and gave some pointers about how we meet certain things would definitely go there again.
