The food was quite tasty but some of the dishes were extremely small for the price. In particular the serving size of the daily soup and the fish pot were exceptionally small. Not good value for your dollar!
Lovely ambience on the patio. Beautifully situated on the water with great views.
Meal size for price paid was disappointing. $17.00 for 2 pancakes seemed very high. I ordered the potato scone Benny for $19 and found it very underwhelming. It lacked flavour, seasoning and came with a handful of potatoes.
Ambience was lovely on the patio; however I was disappointed with the meal itself.
Amazing food and service!! Can't wait to come back!!
First time at this location and will definitely be back! Beautiful setting and excellent service. Our waiter was so attentive and even noticed something wasn’t served with the right garnishes and brought it out immediately. We wouldn’t have even known! Great food and price matched quality.
Delicious food, charming server, but the time from ordering to food arriving at the table was, once again, just under an hour (57 minutes). I don't know what is going on in the kitchen, but the food takes too long to come out. So I recommend this restaurant--just go about 60-90 minutes before you actually want to eat.
Walk and lunch with moms group. Very accommodating for us and our babies!
The location is wonderful, I have been 6 times for lunch... Yesterday the Shrimp toast was what most of ordered. The bread was so dry, we could hardly cut it. I paid $22 for that and a coffee...which most of my guest had, and they too were disapointed in their meal as well.... With the location, and ambiance I would like to see meals that are less money.....I was hungry when I left!
Sorry to complain but if you aren't told you won't be able to fix it!!
The musicians were too loud. Had specifically chosen this restaurant for the quiet in order to visit with dear friend. Waitress “rushed” us out with a comment that they were closing at 9. Seems a bit early for closing.
The food was a bit underwhelming. We so wanted it to love it, so that’s too bad. The location and atmosphere were very lovely though and the live music was great!
Beautiful relaxing setting
We had a fabulous birthday lunch! Our first visit and will be back for sure!
Love this place! Nothing better than sitting out on the patio on a beautiful day.
I love this restaurant but I must say that the food was only ok - my burger was burnt and it was way too big for the bun, and it was incredibly loud. We had to yell at one another to be heard which was unfortunate.
Overall it was a good experience. Our server was attentive without being overbearing & helpful with the food & cocktail list. My Moscow Mule was refreshing and light. My only quibble was with the fries served with my steak sandwich. While the steak, bread & sauce were very tasty, the fries looked like they were leftovers that had been refried more than once. They tasted OK but next time I’d order another side dish.
Such a nice place in the north side of the city. New menu is great.
Nice place. Good view. Nice on a summer's day. Food good but not foodie level.
Portion was small and service was slow. However, staff was friendly
The food was cold, the men left hungry and the cost was very high for the quality of the food. The coffee was fantastic!
Perfect ... Great place, wonderful food and a beautiful day so we were able to enjoy brunch on the patio.
I have been to Seasons of Bowness Park and few times now and the food has been excellent every time. The weather did not allow us to eat on the deck but there was some paddlers and a Mama Duck and babies to watch on the water. Can't beat the location.
A nice place to have lunch, but we usually have to wait a long time for our meal. This time was 45 minutes after ordering.
Excellent food very well presented in a great location
Its such a beautiful location. The food was just not quite right though. My friend had the Benny on an odd potato pancake that was just ok. I had avocado toast, which was served on extremely dense, cold, seed bread. There was a splash of avocado and two tiny smoked hard boiled eggs. I asked for another piece of toast and was charged $6 for a HALF of a piece of toast. It was good, albeit cold. My daughter ordered the apple pancakes, the chef graciously allowed a half order. Those were good! The pressed coffee was delicious. The location is stunning. The café itself just seems as though it’s trying to be Boxwood or River Café but it’s not quite there, although the prices are. I wouldn’t shy people away from trying, given the location. I would give an honest review of how we found the food.
The restaurant has the perfect setting, ambiance topped off with outstanding food and service. It is now my go to place for a special meal out. Well done!
It was not overly busy, still waited over an hour and 20 minutes for food
Poor food quality and quantity both with the adult menu and especially the kids menu. $20 for a scoop of pasta and a glass of milk. My 10 year old was surprisingly disappointed with the amount she received. We all left hungry. Also a comment for the chef: noodles should not be stuck together in one small clump. Especially when swimming in grease.
Wonderful experience at Seasons of Bowness! Went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday, we got to sit on the patio the good we delicious and the drinks were great!
Mother’s Day was even a greater day spending it at this gorgeous restaurant and enjoyed the delicacy of the food and its presentation.
Thank u .
We've been here for lunch on our own and with friends many times in every season of the year, over a period of years and have always enjoyed the views and the food. We found the food to be consistently good with its seasonal offerings, and the service very good. This is a place to take your time and enjoy the scenery, ambiance and the food, rather than expect to be in and out in a hurry. We recommend Seasons of Bowness for a leisurely eating experience with friends as well as families inside, or outside on the deck overlooking the lagoon during the summer.
The menu on OpenTable shows vegetarian options that no longer exist on their in restaurant menu. This restaurant is NOT vegetarian friendly. Also had to send multiple meals in our group back due to being undercooked. Nice location.
Lovely venue, new menu worked for a larger group. Server was attentive with a few small errors but owned them!
Thank you and we will happily recommend and return again.
Quiet, relaxing, perfect place for a date with my beautiful girlfriend. Looking forward to the new menu
Food was very small quantity for price
Service could have been better as restaurant was not busy
Have had better food last year
Easter Brunch was top notch and the ambiance and noise level were perfect. Such beautiful scenery and ample parking. Our server was fabulous and friendly. Definite returning to show off my new find.
Easter Brunch. Amazing!
Love the rustic atmosphere and the quality food experience
This was a small dinner party to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant was not busy and we had excellent food and service.
Eggs Benedict were good, French press coffee was absolutely delicious!. I wish a restaurant would serve something other than home fries for a change....
It was such an enjoyable atmosphere, the food and service were amazing. The entertainment was awesome .
Lovely location, intimate atmosphere, friendly service, good parking and great food.
