Wanted to love this place so badly, but it’s a 3.5/5, at best. The ambience and service was great, the French toast was really good and had its own uniqueness, but the rest of the food was so-so and the preparation/execution was inconsistent (missing ingredients, oversized chunks of fruit and veg, lukewarm temps), and doesn’t give me the urge to revisit anytime soon. I’d really love to see this place level up - it’s too prime of a location and cute of a venue to have subpar food.

I came here for Mother's Day and had an amazing experience with my family. The ambiance was excellent and the flamenco dancers and band were very talented and fun to watch. Some of the other guests even got up to dance and the restaurant had huge rounds of applause. It's definitely a fun place to dine! I also liked that they had 3 complimentary glasses of wine sent to our table for Mother's Day. The only issue I had was the food. It was "okay", nothing spectacular or memorable. I ordered the duck dish with the white chocolate and it was not worth $19 at all. That's the only dish I truly felt was not worth it. My mom ordered the chicken special and her food was $22 and her portion was a lot more and her food was much tastier. I do understand that it's tapas, but they could do better in this area with the pricing and portions. Otherwise, great time and service! Thank you :)

The restaurant sent 3 emails and texts to confirm reservations. It noted parking was available @ hourly rate and valet. The parking was $20 for valet. The maitre d said “we should have parked across the street for $7”

When’s the last time you were ignored? It’s a very uncomfortable feeling and exactly how we were treated when we tried to dine there last night. My wife closed a huge deal and we were going to celebrate here after reading the decent reviews that had been previously left. We arrived 10 minutes early but we’re accommodated with a seat in the main dining room. We sat and watched the restaurant and bar fill up around us. We watched patrons served food and drink. We even witnessed the bartender make an espresso martini for one of the servers who drank it in the kitchen, in view of the dining room. We had water, at least. It was 40 minutes before both of us had poorly mixed gin and tonics brought to us. I asked for the bill, deciding to go elsewhere in the neighborhood for dinner. How were we supposed to trust the food after that experience? We’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years now and have eaten at every different iteration of restaurant that house has hosted. I’m assuming this restaurant will just be another forgotten fad we’ll laugh about at one of the many other Atlanta restaurants that does offer good service.

Ended up sitting at the bar instead of our table reservation. Very friendly bartenders and wait staff. Had a DJ with music but not too loud so chatting was still fine. Food was okay for me, good enough but not my fave tapas. The vibe is great and loved the space.

We decided to give Sebastian another chance after a sub-par experience several months ago, and I am so glad we did. They obviously listened to feedback and made improvements. The food, wine, and service were superb. We’ll add Sebastian to our rotation of favorite Midtown restaurants.

Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience at Sebastian Pintxos Bar and will probably return. The service was fine and the outdoor ambiance was just ok. The Sangria was delicious and my husband really enjoyed his smoky old fashion. The lamb chomps were delicious and our favorite dish of the night! We enjoyed the potatoes, mussels and croquettes. The pork belly was a little over cooked. While we really did enjoy the food we thought it was overpriced for what it was.

Had a girls night here. Talked to someone over the phone and they were great! Very helpful and was able to get us a spot with 10 people. Food and drinks were sooo good! The only 2 cons were that our waiter didn’t come often, I wanted to order a drink and I sat their waiting for him to come back for a while. I’m sure they were busy b/c it also took a while to get my drink. We would have definitely gotten more drinks if it weren’t for that. Also they didn’t let us split the check at the end which is completely fine! As we were a large group, but I do wish they would have told us when we were first sat down as a heads up. Overall I did still have a great experience and our waiter was nice and was able to accommodate all 10 of us. I would definitely come back with my boyfriend or a smaller group.

We came for Easter brunch and sat outside. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was paced very relaxed and encouraged us to engage in conversation while enjoying our beverages. We spent 3 hours grazing, drinking and fully enjoying ourselves. We will definitely return!

My husband and I came here for Easter brunch and we loved everything about the experience: the potatoes soaked overnight in duck fat will be my order for last meal on death row--wow! Every bite was spectacular from the potatoes to the churros dipped in plum sauce (to die for) to the Bloody Mary that was its own meal: bacon, celery, olives....The flamenco dancer was an unexpected treat, and the service was top notch! I will definitely be coming back.
