   When I made the booking online, I made it for table of 3, however, i wanted to add 1 more person and it was past the modifying time frame. On the email it said to call so I tried calling so many times to pick up but no response. And there was no way to add more people online. Please fix your phone it is really inconvenient if there is no option to modify. Food was good however it is not good that you put a vegetarian symbol on your pan fried noodles but the broth is made from chicken. You cannot be putting a vegetarian sign just because there is a add on that is vegetarian. This is very misleading.

   I had a very nice time celebrating my birthday at select start! the service and the entire location was amazing! will definitely be coming back!

   $10 cover for adults and kids under 13 and $5 cover kids under 13. Kids are asked to leave at 730. I understand this instead of having to pay for games but when you spend $$$$ on apps, dinner and drinks and if your bill is over $100 this should be credited back. Especially if you come at 530 and have to leave by 730. Food is HORRIBLE! Don’t bother to eat here, eat before you go there!!! $16 for a wiener in a bun and 6 onion rings (not a sausage as menu says just a standard wiener barely cooked) . Chicken fingers are greasy, fries not cooked fully. Onion rings frozen from a bag! Ramen ok but drowning in sauce. Calamari tasted like uncooked flour and with raw jalapeño slices, maybe a handful in an order! Drinks were good and service.

   Very cool place to go! Lots of options for games and neat vibes. Only downside was the food, prices were high and portions were small.

   Was a very cool place inside! Very pretty and neat!! The drinks and food menu is large. Something for everyone. The stairs going in are a bit much.

   Was genuinely excited to try this place . Made reservations, took the waitress 20 mins to come and find us at our table to take our order. Staff was overwhelmed, not their fault , poorly managed . Food was ok . When it came time to pay our bill, couldn’t find our waitress , bartender mentioned he couldn’t help us either . Generally disappointed with my experience at this establishment. Could have been a lot better .

   Our server (I think her name was Maddy but it was loud in there) was awesome. We had a big group that was easily distracted by the games and she was super attentive and also great at keeping track of who ordered what and whose bills were together or separate. We didn’t know that there was a cover charge to cover the cost of the games instead of having to buy tokens but that ended up being even better because we could then try any game and not feel like we’d wasted money if we didn’t like or if we were bad at them. The food was really good, the menu was fairly small but everything we tried was tasty. The drinks were pretty expensive and the space was loud and only got louder as the night went on but it was not unexpected for a barcade. I would absolutely go again for food, drinks, or just for the games.

    We've been here twice now, really wanting to like it. But there are many better options in the area for date night. Service was the biggest pain point. After being shown our table, we waited about 15 minutes for no server to come to our table. We went up to the bar to see 5 staff members lounging on their phones. Even then, it took at least a few more minutes before one of them came to our table. After we got our food, we then didn't see our server again until we had finished. The food was fine. Nothing to write home about. The Nori Dog, for $16, was poor value. I was expecting something closer to Japadog in Vancouver, but this was a regular bun, regular hot dog (not the sausage from the menu), done up with teriyaki, mayo, nori. The flavour profile was there, but it was not the elevated experience I expected. The dozen wings ($16) similarly were fine. Nothing wrong with them, nothing stood out. I also expected bolder flavours from the cocktails. Both the Yuzu Sour and the Last Word were a little bland. It also certainly didn't feel like I had just consumed 4 oz of alcohol. The owners put so much effort into the venue, decor, vibes, and arcade cabinets. Your staff is letting you down.
