The food and service was good. The event seemed unorganized. They included the tip when you payed and way overcharged a 35% tip. Let’s just say the advertising of the event was misleading it was not at all like what I was expecting

This was one of the Best Buffets i have ever been to. It was my first time their with my kids and we all agree to go back for Christmas and plan on this place being our New Holiday Place Out . I will most definitely go try there Brunches on the weekends! Micheal our server was fantastic !! Much Thanks for The Wonderful Experience

Food was overall pretty good. Desserts were a bit dry and seafood bae had crab legs but no tools to make it easier to eat. For the little I ate, I would have been happier with the price and food selection on the kids buffet but that's not an available option for an adult.

This was our family's first time at the Omni. To be honest, we normally go to another venue for Thanksgiving but they were sold out. We were happy to find reservations available at the Omni and we were not disappointed. The food and the atmosphere was phenomenal. The service was TOP NOTCH! We are thankful you provided a wonderful experience for our family. We plan to return for meals before next Thanksgiving!

Our server was good enough but wait staff was understaffed so that service was slow. The coffee was tepid. The breakfast was below average and uninspired.

This could be an outstanding venue but waiting at the hostess stand with no one even saying hello plus eggs came out without the rest of the meal then having to track down someone else to get the rest of my meal was not acceptable. No one checked on our meal or refilled water or coffee. What a disappointment. It wasn’t eleven busy. Don’t waste your time.

Lemon Mascarpone Pancakes are the best thing in the menu; the service was nice. Couple of things worth noting, the sooner steak and eggs is not typical steak and eggs it’s a thin sliced cut of meat with lots of fat, the breakfast potatoes are usually burnt, and the restaurant has a bad gnat(bug) problem. The gnats are constant flying around you while your eating.

The Mother’s Day brunch was amazing. Pretty pricy for the buffet but very good overall. The band was great but loud! The pastries were the star of the brunch! Amazing. Everything was very very good. Overall a great experience.

The service was horrendous. The server told us that the menu was inaccurate. And that they didn’t have all the ingredients to make items that were on the menu. And she only brought water to half of the table. And brought a single piece of cake at the end but no forks for anyone to eat it with.

Easter Brunch was lovely! Better than expected! Food was excellent, service was excellent. Price was a little high (appears to have included unlimited alcohol and since I’m not a big drinker, the price may have been skewed a bit). The only comment for improvement was the coffee was not hot enough. Loved the Easter Bunny photos! Thank you!

Highly understaffed. Came in at a down-time and there was a 1/2 wait to be seated. Our outstanding server, Michael, rushed around by himself waiting on all tables and helping bus them. Every other staff member in the restaurant moved extremely slowly and inefficiently and it looked as though no one else cared about being service oriented but him. From the manager, to the hostess to the bussers, no one was working hard, except for Michael! He deserves five stars! Delicious breakfast.

Had reservation before a Thunder game on a Sunday night. Opened at 5 and game was at 6, so not many people in the restaurant. We had drinks and sandwiches. Philly cheese steak, chicken salad, with sweet potato fries and candied brussel sprouts. Very good food and excellent service.

Well mixed feelings. Appetizers were good. All seafood dishes were UNAVAILABLE. So we had to settle for the only entree which was Vegan. It was very bland. My wife took a small bite and stopped. Nevertheless towards the end of our visit manager came out and asked us what was wrong and apologized for not having given us more options on seafood. Very pleasant staff overall. Very apologetic and didn’t charge us for the entree my wife didn’t eat. I wish I hadn’t forced myself to eat it. 🤪. Overall it was a good date night but food just was a disappointment. As mentioned earlier appetizers namely the trio drip and salad were the highlight for us.

We stayed at the Omni and made reservations. We were seated within a few minutes, but our server was absolutely horrible. We saw her twice, when she took our order and when, after 40 minutes she came to check on us which I begged her to just run my card. We flagged down other employees twice just to ask for normal help. Will not be eating here again, the food was okay, but the service was something else.

We were seated at a table for 2 which was right under the AC and was quite chilly. Asked the waiter if we could move and he seemed perplexed( the restaraunt ontly had 4 other tables seated) he came back and said the would call the engineer. The manager came over and said he couldnt move us..it was 630pm and the restaurant was empty.we finished our meal and the place was still mostly empty. A customer service education program is needed for this place
