Serafina Restaurant Group was conceived when Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato made a pact while traumatically lost at sea. The two friends agreed to open a restaurant serving the best pizza and pasta in the world if they were to survive the ordeal. In 1995, they fulfilled their promise by launching the highly acclaimed Serafina Fabulous Pizza. Following the success of their first location, they have gone on to open numerous locations worldwide!

We’re regulars by this visit was marred by terrible service. We asked our server about the Brussel sprout side and he didn’t seem to know much about it but we ordered it anyway. He asked if we wanted bread for the table. We said no, but 2-3 times servers came by to give bread. My order was wrong (no potatoes, when I just asked for less potatoes) and the Brussels never came. We asked for it at least 4 times, including when the rest of our meal arrived. Our server never came back to ask how everything was. To me, that’s critical for full-service restaurants. And it was not that busy. He had time where he was just standing around, but he never checked in to see how everything was. Very disappointing, esp for the money.

I chose the lasagna and it was not tasty. It was” mushy” and bland. For an Italian restaurant I was disappointed. My boyfriends steak on the other hand was cooked to perfection! I’ll order that next time.

Extremely slow service, over 30 minutes before our orders were taken. Then the table next to us, who arrived after we did, got served. When the mediocre food arrived some of it was hot and some not. We ordered meatballs as an appetizer. When they arrived it became clear that they weren't browned before cooking in the sauce. So, they were mushy and the only flavor was the sauce. That same sauce came with everyone's main course and pasta. Everything ended up tasting the same. We never had our water refilled let alone the waiter asking how our food was. Not good.

This restaurant is NOT BYOB, unless you consider a $45 corking fee BYOB.. definitely would not have chosen to dine here if we knew this beforehand. The fettuccine and margherita pizza were yummy, but when we requested more bread, it never came. Definitely won’t be back. We should have gone to Carmine’s..

This was my 2nd time dining at one the Serafina location both occasions were great. The food the service was great. I am planning to dine at Serafina other locations soon. In the New York region. Perfect place to dine with friends or first date.

The ambience is nice...casual but not too much. The service was good...we arrived early for the reservation and we were quickly seated. The waiter attending us was on point and very attentive. He answered all of our questions that we had about the menu. The food was delicious...there were no complaints and we had a group of 6 w/4 kids. We will return in anticipation of another great outing.

This is a lovely Serafina with a real neighborhood feel with the same high quality food and service that you expect from Serafina. I highly recommend Serafina 105 for brunch, lunch or dinner for its warm and friendly atmosphere and delicious food!

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an extensive menu and everything was good. Not fabulous, not to die for, but good. The prices are reasonable. My Chianti was very pleasant as was my son's Paper-plane. We ate outside and the heat lamps made it very comfortable. If you're looking for a reasonably priced good Italian restaurant, Serafina is a good choice.

I have been going there for years. It's always been pleasant. But, they have a new policy. No refills on regular coffee. We were charged for every cup of plain coffee we got. The manager was unsure if this was policy or just a new waiter who didn't know better. She ended up charging us for 4 cups instead of 7. Meaning one refill is allowed. No one told us about the new policy and the waiter was snooty about it when we asked to speak to the manager. The prices have already been raised I don't even understand only allowing one refill (if that is the policy) at a brunch. We'll be looking to go elsewhere from now on.

The service was the stuff of another restaurant - Serafina 105 was not bustling on a Saturday night at 6:30 and there was no line to grab a table. Why on earth our appetizers were rushed by the 2nd course literally flying to the table, plates clattering is just beyond me. Waiter was rushing from the moment we sat down at the table, we were pushed to order and somewhat upsold. There was no interest in creating an environment for the customers (4 of us). The experience doesn't invite me to return at all, it was that bad and jarring. On the positive side, we were seated outside as requested and the pastas ordered were moderately good.

Took my wife for our 10 year anniversary on Thursday. Food and atmosphere were great but service was horrible. The restaurant only had two other tables and about 4 workers. Our server never refilled drinks (at all) even after I asked 2 times. I had to walk up to another server in order to get my check. Pretty disappointed overall.
