   Our first time to the restaurant. The food was excellent. I had the New York Strip and it was done to perfection. The Crab Bisque was very good. My wife's Chicken Piccata was the best she ever had. We will be going back. Service was very good, staff very friendly.

   Our dining experience could have been outstanding but for some disappointments. The upside: Our waitress was fantastic. She was personable, knowledgeable and was obviously very experienced. She answered all of our questions cheerfully and made us feel like friends. We ordered her menu suggestions and were not disappointed. The food came out quickly, looked wonderful, and tasted even better. We all ordered something different and thoroughly enjoyed our food. Now the downside: I made the reservation for 4 people, designating a booth. I also noted on the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary. Neither of those requests were accomodated, nor even mentioned by the staff. When I told the hostess that we had requested a booth, she just said there were none available. It was relatively early and moderately busy, but not packed. I noticed that there were tables that were specifically being held for patrons who had reservations. The table where we were seated was so close to the table behind us that I barely had room to sit down and kept bumping into the diner directly behind me. I might overlook these failings in a moderately priced chain restaurant. However, Serrato's projects itself as fine dining and is priced as such. We expected better.

   This was a great choice for our anniversary. Serrato's came highly recommended and we would agree. The bartenders were pleasant and efficient. Our server was very attentive and personable. We ordered the barbeque shrimp appetizer, the pork chop entree and the shrimp and scallop entree. Everything was very delicious! We will definitely visit this restaurant again in the near future.

    Went on Mother’s Day night. It was super busy and they still did great. Hostess was very friendly. Waitress was busy but did a great job. Food was delicious as always. I only wish it was a bit bigger inside but that’s all! Great as always!

    The food was outstanding. 4 of our party had steak and they were very well done. My wife had the shrimp and scallops and said the were excellent. My steak with scallops was outstanding. The crab bisque was excellent.

    Food was excellent as usual but service was way down from our last visit. Not very attentive and slow to respond. Prices are a little high in comparison to Bonefish and other restaurants in the area with an upper scale vibe and similar menu

    In fairness it was Mother's Day weekend on a Saturday night. We had a reservation and was told our table wasn't ready and really didn't give a time for when we could be seated. We opted to sit outside where we were relegated to the restaurant void. We had to go inside and ask for silverware and appetizer plates, later a refill on water and to get additional beverages. We did finally get an update on the food. Once the neglect was commented on the staff reacted promptly but it was necessary to get service. Beyond the service, the food was really quite good. Would try again but definitely not on the patio and not a celebratory holiday.

    I expected to be wowed based on the reviews, but the food and ambiance didn’t live up to expectations. The table was small compared to other steakhouses. With a larger table space, table linens and candles could add a more intimate ambiance. The most flavorful was the smoked BBQ shrimp appetizer. The garlic bread tasted like Texas Toast from the freezer aisle. My chicken piccata did not make the top 20 piccata dishes. It lacked the lemon buttery sauce and the chicken breast was too thick. The 8 oz hand cut filet had the right temperature and the cut was pretty good. The shrimp scampi and blackened salmon with shredded crab were just average. The crème brûlée was decent and needed to set just a little longer but the sugar profile was perfect! Great wait staff! For the price point, I would recommend Bourbon Steak or Perry’s Steakhouse.

    Greeted and seated timely we had reservations. Waiter was very attentive drink order was delivered and time given to make menu selections. Steaks were cooked precisely to order rare and medium rare.

    Excellent meal, ambience and service. We started with garlic bread and salads. Next course, New York strip and Ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Everything was excellent. The crème brûlée and Italian lemon cake were also delicious. Good solid wine list and nice friendly service. We thought the value for the price was very fair. The fish specials sounded very interesting. We will try next time. It was our first time and we will be back.
