Food was delicious, service was fantastic. Drinks were top. Chairs had peeling finish. Drop style ceiling. Patio not very nice. Overall, I hope this chef can move or renovate soon!

Service was slow at first, but they were very busy. They made up for it later and were very attentive. The food was delicious. Everyone from the person at the door to the server to the maître d told me happy birthday. It was a special night.

We celebrated our anniversary at Seviche and were very pleased! The wait staff is some of the best I've seen, the food was super delicious, the restaurant is beautiful. We left feeling extremely full and satisfied. We highly recommend this place for special occassions.

Thoughtful! - my wedding anniversary and they served complimentary champagne to my wife and I to start and ended our delicious meal with a gratis dessert. Skillful service on time with attractive and tasty food. Priced well for the experience. Will return often. Thank you!

Seviche is always outstanding. The gazpacho was the ultimate taste of summer, and the halibut is the best I've ever eaten. All of our apps and entrees were beautifully executed. The house Old Fashioned and the Cadillac Margaritas were excellent. The staff was on point, and the meal was well-timed. And the Valet was kept busy, and he was quite efficient!

Absolutely love this restaurant. I drive 2 1/2 hours to eat here, I’m still waiting to meet the owner Anthony Llamas one day! I love watching him on Bar Rescue with Jon Taffer . I highly recommend going to eat here it’s definitely worth it!! @seviche @barrescue

Hadn’t been to Seviche in a few years, it had been one of our favorites but service had been inconsistent. Glad we returned, food was delicious especially the tuna seviche special and Laine our server made it a pleasant experience! Would request her on our next visit!

Serviche serves Latin American/Asian fusion cuisine. The restaurant is known for its creative use of fresh seafood. I was served a wasabi encrusted tuna that was on par with top restaurants in LA, San Francisco, etc. The fish was perfectly cooked, seared on the outside and red and warm in the interior. The sauce and mandolin sliced veggies added a ton of flavor to the fish while the wasabi added the heat. My appetizer, Tuna Napolean was another creative dish. Both dishes were on the "Nightly Specials" list. I have never had anything other than an outstanding meal at Serviche.

Seviche is hands down the BEST restaurant in Louisville KY… In fact, I would put Sevich up against any restaurant in the country from Los Angeles to NYC… The flavors coming out of Anthony’s kitchen are Unbelievable. You can not go wrong with anything on his menu. The chef is a genius and his food is Fire!

Night out with friends. Enjoyed the guacamole appetizer- super fresh and chips were delicious. Halibut with crab cigar for dinner, always good. Food was excellent and service was great!

The food and presentation were excellent. The black cherry ice cream dessert was to die for. The ice cream was actually black because they use activated charcoal. Benjamin, our server, was very knowledgeable. He recommended the entrees as well as the neat bourbons we got for a night cap.
