Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. Chef Anthony Lamas has received national acclaim, John Mariani of Esquire Magazine exclaims "Seviche has emerged as one of America's best and most innovative Nuevo Latino-style restaurants, with plenty of the chef's personality packed into every dish." A very pleasant meal outside on the patio. The scallops and salmon were delicious. The service outstanding. Couldn’t be better.

The food was outstanding, mussels, tuna tartare, big eye tuna main, haddock main, and tres leche dessert. The wait staff seemed off. Very quick and rushed visits to the table. No discussion really from the main waiter. No overview of the menu, etc. We were celebrating our anniversary and there was no mention of it until he delivered the check. We appreciated the free dessert for celebrating, but overall the staff didn't do much to make our evening feel special. The host stand attendees were awkward. Hardly an acknowledgement when we arrived and nobody (3 people standing there) looked up as well left. We felt invisible to many of the staff. Not what we've experienced here before or what we expected tonight. Again, the food was amazing, the rest left us feeling strange.

The guac and nachos, the halibut, the salmon, the salads were all fabulous. Service was excellent.

We have been to this restaurant many times. This was our worst visit by far. The service was slow. They brought the wrong drink and did not offer to fix it. Drinks ran dry and server was non existent. We love this restaurant but will stick to Max at the bar!! No seat reservations again!
