   Excellent Itslian food. Smaller restaurant that's a little jammed. Service is great, food is great, Open Table reservation recommended. Arrive on time and they are ready to seat you. One of our favorites.

   Third time to dine at Sfizio, and it did not disappoint…..again. Service is always prompt and friendly. Portions are splittable, which is a plus!

   Wonderful place to meet with friends! 8 of us tried different items and loved them all! Service outstanding! What I loved best is that the music wasn't blaring like in some restaurants so that we could actually hear each other speak. Our first time there and won't be our last! Also, the gluten free Tuscan pasta was so good!!!

   The ambiance of the restaurant is a little lacking in that it is small and a bit crowded, but the food and excellent service go a long way towards making up for it. The wine selection was great, the chef's board was terrific and the various past dishes we had were excellent. We'll definitely return.

   Excellent menu offers a wide choice of delicious authentic Italian dishes. Service is good but hurried. The only negative is the tables are small and too close together.

   Their food is amazing but honestly as a mom. I would not return due to the fact that my child could not Was not able to order off the kid's menu to the fact that she had just turned 11 Which is totally understandable but everywhere else usually accommodates? They normally cater to that child. I do understand my child does not look like Your average 11 year old. But I was willing to show. I.D of her actual age. I did end up ordering a plate of plain pasta which is butter and cheese at this point. I was like I don't care what you charged me for it. I just don't want my child to be left feeling like she did not fit in . But like I said will not be returning not a kid friendly environment.

   Nice setting in a strip mall. They have a very basic "authentic" Italian menu. Our server, while nice, did not come back to check on our meals until we were basically done eating. Three of us; (Calzone with mushrooms and prosciutto. Although tasty the fillings were barely warmed through.) (Short rib pasta. Very bland and one dimensional. Only ate about 1/3 of the serving. The garlic whatever on top had no flavor.) (Pasta Fruiti de Mare. Sauce was very tasty, good amount of mussels,shrimp, and clams. Calamari was barely there, only rings, no tentacles. Also, no regular fish, cod or otherwise. Served over "homemade" spaghetti. Doubtful. Would have been better with actual homemade linguini.) Overall, just an ok meal that was about 25% overpriced.

    We went at 515pm and had reservations. They were welcoming and sat us immediately. Our waitress was excellent as was the food. Gets crowded and need reservations on weekend. We also went there for lunch awhile ago and noted the improvement in service. Food was always excellent

    The outdoor space was quite lovely and the lights and table set up definitely add to the ambience. There is a bit of noise from the parking lot near by but it didn't interfere with conversation. Our waitress was very knowledgable. When our dinner came out too early, we were still eating the appetizers, she quickly sent it back and had it re-fired for when we were ready. The food was excellent, the pasta is home made and was wonderful. We would definitely go again.

    Everything was done well and tasted good. Prices were fair and portions were generous. We split everything, and it was enough for both of us. Appetizer, salad and pasta entree. Will return.

    We found this restaurant through Check Please by Mark Tarbell, and we were not disappointed. The food is authentic Italian, fresh, and delicious. We had the eggplant torta, which was very similar to eggplant parmigiana, with a generous portion of cheese. Another guest had the penne with vodka sauce, which was also tasty, but not overbearing. Four of us split the gelato affogato, and it was a scrumptious end to a wonderful meal. The noise level could be a bit loud, but we were still able to converse with our friends. This is a wonderful addition to the North Phoenix dining scene.

    Saw this on the show Check Please, so we had to try it. Service was terrific, food as good as it sounded. We liked that it was not noisy! A big thing in our book. Great place to meet friends and actually hear them. Everyone’s drinks and dinner were wonderful. We will be back.

    They were very accommodating when I switched our seating to the outdoor patio upon arriving. The staff was excellent and our server was knowledgeable of the menu, friendly and professional. We were celebrating an friends birthday and they provided a complimentary desert with candle. The overall experience was great!

    I would say that our meal was mediocre. We had to pasta dishes with the red sauce, one added a sausage, and one added the meatballs. Both of their meals were great. I had the seafood dish. I had asked for spaghetti squash, but they were out unfortunately, so I had it over there sautéed vegetables. The red sauce was good, there was quite a bit of seafood, but I would say that the sautéed vegetables had no flavor at all. The couple I went with said that they would be back, but I don’t know that I would need to go again. so there is kind of a mixed review here

    Ate here with my husband and 3 teenage boys. Everyone loved tbeir food. We had a really great waitress and the cocktails were great too! Would definitely recommend. Conveniently close to where we we’re staying- Marriott Deaert Ridge.

    We celebrated several family birthdays at Sfizio and had an amazing time! The food and drinks were fantastic. The eggplant rollatini were so good we ordered a second helping, the pizza was wonderfully authentic, and the short rib rigatoni featured meltingly tender meat in a flavorful sauce. They handled our large party (over 10 people) very well, getting food and drinks out quickly and checking on us frequently. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and responded quickly to any requests. We are excited to go back!

    Excellent servise , great food from eggplant rotini, pizza , pasta, short ribs , buratta, tiramisu, everything was fantastic. It’s a real Calabrese Italian restaurant. Great vibe and atmosphere. We will be back. We watched owners/chef few times on TV . It was worth it driving 15 miles.
