   Definitely not what we expected but he food was good as was the service. When we arrived it was almost empty but by the time We left the pace was hopping. We would go again.

   Uncomfortable bench seats. Food ok- best suited for college kids or anyone who wants the breaking crab legs open experience. Not nice ambiance

    The shaking hot was not shaking hot I don’t even think it was the shaking crab sauce. The sauce was ridiculously watery with absolutely NO flavor. My drink was not great! After letting our waiter know immediately about our food, yes he attempted to speak with the manager….who then said “sorry we can’t do anything about it”….excuse me? I was sold “bottom of the pot” food….as our waiter told us…and we couldn’t even get our $3 and $5 drinks off the tab? Ok and that is why I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NASTY LOCATION EVER AGAIN. What happened to satisfying customers. Terrible.

    We always have a great time here and love to bring out-of-towners. The server we had yesterday was polite, fun, and accommodating. The food is always good, and we will definitely come back.

    Very pricey but very delicious. Maybe sharper tools for king crab legs. They are very spiky. I did cut my finger on them. Maybe a couple ore layers of gloves.

    The food was very bland and expensive. The service was not great either we waited about 25 minutes just for our drinks the waiter did however take our drinks off the bill because we waited so long but the food was not worth the wait. We still ended up going to another restaurant after because we were so hungry.

    Very slow service. Waiter came by after about 25 minutes to drop off water then we waited again to put in order. No one came by to check on us again until the bill came. Food was good (with exception to calamari) but wouldn’t go back.

    This place was the worst. Place was way too dark. It was hot no AC. No bottled water no canned anyting for drinks. We were the only two people in the whole restaurant. They were very rude it did not help us with the menu. We walked in and after we try to take an order we walked right out. I would never go back there in Brookline.

    Fast service and the food was delicious! This was for a birthday 3 people went and we got the Jumbo jumbo with the crab legs! Our drinks were great too, Will definitely be going again!

    Such a fun idea! I only wish the server explained the concept before we ordered. Aside from needing training, she was nice - just not very knowledgeable- the food was great. The concept is also cool with plastic bags for our dinner plates. We will be back!

    Made a reservation for 8:00 for a quick dinner. We walked in at 8:00, the hostess ignored us for 10 minutes and finally a worker came over and told us we could not be served because they close at 9:30 and weren’t seating anyone else. One table already seated had just ordered. After we explained we arrived at 8:00 and that we were not helped, we were said we can order take out or leave. Very unprofessional

    Not exactly a cheap night out, but pretty good value. The sauces tend to be inconsistent, spicy one day could be super hard and another, the garlic level fluctuates depending on if the bag is full or not. Could do a lot of work on ambience, but I guess it’s the pandemic

    I usually go to the Newton location and I’m never unsatisfied. This time I tried a new location, staff was great, the flavor and seasonings were completely off. Won’t be going to this location again.

    The employess were not very welcoming. The waitress did not want to be bothered with questions, was condescending. She kept saying " You saw the menu and this is what it says". The table for two was too small for the boils we ordered and the garlic noodles. They brought the check when we didn't even ask for it. Left 20% tips though. I would not go back there.
