   This was our first visit to Shale Ridge but will now be our go-to spot for gatherings. The wine was very good and the pizza delicious! We were all very impressed. Very elegant but relaxing and casual at the same time. Thank you!

   Absolutely stunning place and atmosphere! Service was very good at the beginning and we got a bottle to the table on ice! Charcuterie board was very yummy. The last half hour/45 mins we were there we were trying to get someone’s attention because we wanted a drink and by the time someone came around to see how we were doing we just wanted the bills.

   This is the second time I have been there and have enjoyed it both times. Took family from England this time and they were very impressed. Will return again for sure.the charcuterie board is amazing!

   We had such a great time! We did the mimosa flights and pizza, everything was great! The staff were all so friendly and nice! The winery was very clean and well taken care of.

   Would have been nice to know they closed at 5 when I booked my reservation at 4:15. Service was rushed and we didn’t get to fully enjoy our experience

    Always love our girl days at Shale! The food a always amazing and the wine and ciders never disappoint. Swing tables are our favourite and the games outside provide tons of laughs for us!

    The pizza was not cooked and appeared to be pre made. The cider was ok but not great. The venue is wonderful. The cider and food offerings need work.

    I just love this place ! I tell all my friends and have been numerous times. The wine is very good . The spot they have is just beautiful. The owner is a friendly little sweetheart. Whenever I leave there I'm wondering when I will be able to come back. Last time I had charcuterie, this time the pizza. I would recommend both. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend this place

    Girlfriend group went to Shake Ridge Winery for afternoon wine and pizza. It did not disappoint. Wines and pizza were good. Try the dill pickle pizza; we all loved it. Thank you for the great experience; it was my second time there.

    We had a great time celebrating a friends BD! We arrived by limo and the staff were ready for us and in fact greeted us at the door. The wine, cider, pizza and staff were excellent. I’d been wanted to visit Shale Ridge for some time and it didn’t disappoint! It’s a beautiful setting and the swing tables are a unique touch. Plan to return again soon!

    Beautiful place, we loved the interior as well as the outside area. They have fall decorations too which gives the place an awesome vibe. Service was also good and we got the rose&white wine flight and the seasonal cider flight and both were great and super fun to taste. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the noise level, it was pretty much full when we went so noise was very high that it was difficult to sit back and relax. Maybe some lofi music would be nice too! Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone and would definately be back!

    We greatly enjoyed our visit on Thanksgiving weekend. Staff were lovely and attentive. We tried a variety of wine and cider flights as well as the charcuterie tray and dill pickle pizzas. All were enjoyed by our group and we went home with many bottles of wine and cans of cider!

    The indoor swing table was lovely! And the grounds are a beautiful backdrop. We didn't eat, but the wine flights were very reasonable. As were the bottles of wine to take home.
