Booked last minute for 12 people and then increased it to 16 whole on site. This included kids too. Staff was super helpful and easy to deal with. We had lots of room and delicious food and bevies. Thank you so much. Out of town hockey teams can be crazy! Thanks for dealing with us 💗

Had a great time. Loved the ambiance and the amazing serving staff and team. Would definitely go again. Enjoyed the mock tails. Food could be a bit better for the price. However, glad they were able to accommodate us to a seating with nice view of the main screen, just as we requested. Would definitely return.

We were under the impression by the waitress that lemonades were refillable. When we received the bill we were shocked to see that we were charged for the refills. Waitresses should mention that when ordering a refill. In the end the food was delicious and would definitely go back.

When I’ve been there, it hasn't been crowded, and the service was incredibly fast. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I had a Shark burger with fries and gravy, and it was fantabulous. Since Sharks is a popular place in Kamloops, I expected that’d be pricy, but the opposite was pretty fair. Definitely, I'll come back.

We were not greeted when arrived just asked if we had a reservation. When we went to be sat we were offered a 2-top table and we had a party of 3 (FYI - Reservation was made a month prior). We didn’t get our food for 1hr and 40min after being sat and had to inhale our food due to attending an event. My burger was burnt to a crisp, but I was so hungry I ate it anyway! My friends entree was so small he had to get a couple of hot dogs at the event and my other friends meal was poor as well. The waitress Jenn was very friendly! Thank you Jenn; you were our saving grace! Won’t go back.

A great sports bar. Lots of fans of various sports. Multiple big screens. Very noisy. The Bartender needs a refresher course on how to make highballs. I like booth sitting but the design of their booths defies logic. The table literally presses against your chest. Super uncomfortable. We moved to a couch table. The food is your basic pub fair. Not bad but not particularly good either.

The service and food are outstanding. It is very very loud there, we were in the back downstairs and was quite happy that it was quieter there and then a WWE fight started on one of the channels and they turned the volume up so loud that my spouse and I couldn't even hear each other sitting next to each other. It has a cool vibe with all the TV's showing different things, and is interesting to watch while eating, I just wish the volume was not so loud.

We booked this restaurant on open table - my husband has some mobility restriction- when we arrived they said they were full and that they could not accommodate us. They said it was a glitch with the online booking. Something they are aware of but don’t fix. This was very disappointing and VERY inconvenient. We were not pleased with the lack of concern about getting this wrong. This level of customer service left a really bad feeling for me. I do not trust either the restaurant or the open table app.

Room we where seated had no heat and had to where jackets while eating dinner. Food took 75 minutes to come. Order wings for friend who was coming late 45min after arriving and wings arrived 10min before our dinner which was order 45min before wing order was placed. One small pot of hot water brought for 2ugs of teat with 2 tea bags, had to ask for second pot of hot water.

We came before the blazer game with our kids. 11 and 8. Our server was promp with service and even apologized thinking it was slow but it wasn’t. Food was great. Had the butter chicken, ginger pork and the kids shared the mini sliders and fries. We finished with ample time to get to the game! On a busy night when everyone wants to eat and leave at the same time they did an excellent job! We will be back.

Service was good, but we had pink chicken at our table. We were told that the wings would be taken off of our bill and that a round of drinks would also be covered. Wings came off but drinks did not…. Didn’t complain to waitress who was new and was trying her best

The staff were up front when the kitchen lost our order. We had been waiting for over 45 minutes. Once the food was placed in front of us, we were very happy. Our choices were excellent, tastly and well presented. As a result of their error, they gave our first round of drinks on the house. That is classy. Will definitely return.

Great food and service. However, both overshadowed by the lack of heat in the restaurant. Yes, it was cold outside but were were freezing eating our dinner . Had to keep our coats. and hats on.

I am pleased that you seek to find out how things were; it tells me that you care and are constantly seeking improvement. The staff and the beef dip were fantastic; the spaghetti wasn’t anything to make mention of, one way or the other. The shared opinion of the table beside us, was that your seating was disappointing - I was very excited to make reservations to treat my father in-law to dinner and a hockey game, only to be EXTREMELY embarrassed, to have him placed on a cheap chair at the same type of fold out table used in his garage. I am very surprised that being a business that would have many nights of high-volume of patrons and service, that you do not have a half a dozen extra tables stored in the building, somewhere. We love coming to the Shark Club before a Blazer hockey game. As season ticket holders, we go to all the games. We usually enjoy the food at the Shark Club. The food is well prepared and tasty, the service is excellent. The young girls are efficient and pleasant. However, the noise and boom boom of the music is not necessary to create good ambience. We have to always ask for the music to be turned down as shouting with dining partners is not conducive to a pleasant dining experience.

Went for Happy hour but we’re told they don’t offer it on nights the Blazers game is on. Not mentioned on their website and no signs up at the door. Put us in side room with cement walls and no decor. My daughter ordered $22 butter chicken and it was Thai curry flavoured. I complained but it wasn’t taken off our bill. My $17 calamari was just okay. The waitress was apologetic but I should have asked for a manager to get complaints addressed.

We went before the Blazers game. No happy hour when Blazers are playing. Hot wings rather expensive--$15 for 10 half-wings. Drinks were the same price as everywhere else. Very, very loud. Lots of TVs with the huge one having Saturday Night Hockey game. Service was reasonable and friendly considering it was very busy. Nice to see families with children were welcome.
