Pleasant staff, tasty food and great location. Overall very good. At some point quite soon the place will need a substantial reno, benches, chairs, tables etc. are showing a lot of wear and tear.

I find there food very average. The lettuce wraps are terrible in portion, ingredient's and flavor, the baked cauliflower is an attempt at healthy. That menu item should be rushed out while still warm, disgusting when cold and not contain dozens of pieces the size of a peanut. Servers are almost always pleasant.

I am not sure if this restaurant was understaffed or what might've happened, but when me and my girlfriend sat down we had 3 separate waitresses approach us to wait our table. This confusion lasted about 20 minutes before another waitress (presumably not waiting our section) came up to us to ask if we had been helped already. When I told her about the situation she immediately took matters into her own hands to help with our table (to which me and my girlfriend were grateful for). The unfortunate thing was that there was a LOT of waiting around for our order to be taken amongst the confusion... however in her defence she was running around all over the place helping other tables too.... nontheless we appreciate her hard work to help us as well as her apology for the confusion in the beginning. The food was average to be fair, nothing special in all honesty, perhaps next time we would try the nachoes but that's for another occasion. Overall we understand things can get busy, but this experience could've been better with the waiting staff to be a bit more organized.

Our server was superb! So was the manager who stopped by our table to ensure us that the serious allergy at our table was being taken seriously.The food was good. The base of the music was very loud so it was hard to visit with our friends.

We came for dinner and drinks before the Rod Stewart concert. The atmosphere was awesome, playing his music and had the Lions game as well. Food was great, service was good, will definitely go back!

We arrived at 5:45 reserved time,hoping to Have ample time before the concert 1/2 before we got our first drink after asking 5 times Waitress had a terrible attitude, Rob Step in with my beer, waitress gave our drinks to someone else, 45 min, after placing our order when we first arrived, waitress came to us and asked us what we ordered, hour 15 min we got our meal. Not good

We had Cassidy G as our sever. She was very knowledgeable about menu items and confirmed that we were comfortable about the spice levels of the foods we were ordering. Ver pleasant young lady and quick with all our orders. The food was good as always.

We always come here before a hockey game. always have a good spot to seat on. But yesterday, I have booked a reservation because I know it will be full pack, knowing Bruins is in town. I have the best spot, in front of the bar. Food is superb

A big change from years ago when the focus was (at least to us) to get you watered, fed and out the door as quickly as possible to make room for the next customer. Since we have started coming back we have enjoyed being able to spend our time in a more relaxed atmosphere not being so rushed. This all makes a better experience for us and will be back every time we come to an event downtown.

Made a reservation for 5 pm so we could take advantage of happy hour before a concert. After we were seated we were told no happy hour when there is something going on at one of the venues downtown. That should have been said at the time of making the reservation or when they sent the confirmation. We will never go back. Screw you sharks club. We will tell everyone we know not to support them.

The staff at the Shark Club before the Elton John concert were outstanding! The manager, waitress, kitchen manager and DJ were all phenomenal. It was a great experience.

Server took 20 minutes to bring 2 San pelligrino waters. Set them on the busser station and told us it would be a few minutes. Another server took the 2 bottles back to the bar. A third server brought one bottle with a small glass with ice. Our original waitress brought the second bottle with 2 dirty pint glasses. Once we were more assertive with the server, asked to return the dirty glassware and take the drink orders of our two new guests at the table we got more timely and deliberate service.

I judge a place by the serving size of their fries or just the quality of fries in general. It is the easiest food to make and the cheapest. Fries here were okay. Nothing special. I got the short ones so probably the end of a frozen bag. There is not a lot of vegetarian options and NO vegan options at all. Lastly, 100 tv screens and not one of them could show a woman's sport.... I would come back if they added some more options to be inclusive towards everyone.
