We arrived at 5:45 reserved time,hoping to Have ample time before the concert 1/2 before we got our first drink after asking 5 times Waitress had a terrible attitude, Rob Step in with my beer, waitress gave our drinks to someone else, 45 min, after placing our order when we first arrived, waitress came to us and asked us what we ordered, hour 15 min we got our meal. Not good

We had Cassidy G as our sever. She was very knowledgeable about menu items and confirmed that we were comfortable about the spice levels of the foods we were ordering. Ver pleasant young lady and quick with all our orders. The food was good as always.

We always come here before a hockey game. always have a good spot to seat on. But yesterday, I have booked a reservation because I know it will be full pack, knowing Bruins is in town. I have the best spot, in front of the bar. Food is superb

A big change from years ago when the focus was (at least to us) to get you watered, fed and out the door as quickly as possible to make room for the next customer. Since we have started coming back we have enjoyed being able to spend our time in a more relaxed atmosphere not being so rushed. This all makes a better experience for us and will be back every time we come to an event downtown.

Made a reservation for 5 pm so we could take advantage of happy hour before a concert. After we were seated we were told no happy hour when there is something going on at one of the venues downtown. That should have been said at the time of making the reservation or when they sent the confirmation. We will never go back. Screw you sharks club. We will tell everyone we know not to support them.

The staff at the Shark Club before the Elton John concert were outstanding! The manager, waitress, kitchen manager and DJ were all phenomenal. It was a great experience.

Way too loud my daughter had to put ear plugs in .. I don't mind watching football but to have it so loud it sounds like the commentators are sitting next to me screaming at me was unbearable

Server took 20 minutes to bring 2 San pelligrino waters. Set them on the busser station and told us it would be a few minutes. Another server took the 2 bottles back to the bar. A third server brought one bottle with a small glass with ice. Our original waitress brought the second bottle with 2 dirty pint glasses. Once we were more assertive with the server, asked to return the dirty glassware and take the drink orders of our two new guests at the table we got more timely and deliberate service.

I judge a place by the serving size of their fries or just the quality of fries in general. It is the easiest food to make and the cheapest. Fries here were okay. Nothing special. I got the short ones so probably the end of a frozen bag. There is not a lot of vegetarian options and NO vegan options at all. Lastly, 100 tv screens and not one of them could show a woman's sport.... I would come back if they added some more options to be inclusive towards everyone.

We had a reservation and when we arrived they told us we were not allowed to have a reservation because it was game day. The reservation was in their system and on my open table app but they said they should have called me to tell me no (they didn’t).

Have lived out of country for 25 years, great to be back at the Shark club again, many changes but still great, all staff friendly helpful, and gracious. Will definitely be back, and soon.

Sound really a bit too loud for our purpose of visit. But I do understand it’s a real sports bar. Hostesses were nice and provided good service. Food portion is good, but a bit on salty side. Will visit again for sports viewing, not so much family dining.

It seemed understaff as the our server was super busy running to tables. She checked on us as much as she could given the circumstances. The food wasn’t a good as it’s been in the past. The nachos were large but definitely lacked toppings.
