My wife ordered the salmon and I had the roasted chicken. Both our potato side dishes were lacking flavour and the salmon was overcooked. Our server was amazing.

Food is incredible! Love the menu selection and service was attentive and friendly. Inwoukd suggest trimming the bamboo trees for the upper patio as the block the water view quite a bit. This is THE place to bring out of town friends for night out!

The food was very good . Meaghen our server was professional, friendly and very efficient! We had lake view and also the staff very accommodating for our dog and worked as a team bringing a heat lamp for us. Top notch!

Kevin was an excellent server. The restaurant was top notch. I enjoyed sharing the experience with my daughter who also commented on how great the ambience was. Thank you again Shaughnessy's Cove for taking the rain out of a rainy day.

Lovely venue on the lake. Pleasant helpful server and quick service. Food was well prepared and tasty. On my list of would go back to places. Would think high end casual dining well done. Hadn't been there for a long time due to Covid but definitely a step up from my previous visits (admittedly some time ago) Pleasant experience.

Being local we have been to Shaughnessy’s many times, and loved it, Tonight however was a different story. The burger patty was very thin (usually thick and juicy), and overdone. Our guests ordered the meat platter, the ribs were good, but the brisket was marginal (more like corned beef), and the cornbread was dry. Hopefully this was a one of experience, as we like to support local.

We sat on the patio, views are great. We were there during happy hour, the value is amazing. The quality of the food was mouth watering. Service was very attentive, proactive and never had to wait for anything. Super friendly! Highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich!

We were able to sit on the deck at a high table facing the lake for a phenomenal view and ambience. Our dinner was the BBQ platter which was new to the menu and delicious. Our waitress “Meg” added humor and frequent stops to our visit.

I made reservations for Mother’s Day because of the sponsored add on Instagram about their May Caesar special. Show up and they are out of their Caesar toppings during their May special. Disappointing since that’s why I booked this place. The food was good, nothing special compared to other restaurants but the calamari lunch in the lunch section of the menu was extremely disappointing. The Greek salad portion was what looked like 2 tablespoons, some of the calamari was undercooked. I was embarrassed and disappointed that that’s what my mom got as her Mother’s Day lunch. The place was very cute but I just didn’t have a good experience, could have been a one off but I personally won’t go back.
