   Spectacular food, immaculate service that was attentive, kind and created an atmosphere in which one can separate an extraordinary authentic meal. The bartender was creative and fun. She is a gem.

   Excellent staff and service. My wife ordered chicken kababs but she felt they were slightly hard, the staff immediately replaced with lamb chops at no extra charge. Wine tasting is also great, they let you taste and decide on wine. Price is reasonable, would like to go back one day.

   We were incredibly rushed by the servers. I dont understand why you have reservations at 8pm available if you expect those coming in to feel rushed to order their food and expected to leave at exactly 845pm, because the kitchen closes at 9pm. The servers were incredibly rude to us when walking in, though we called 45 mins before to let them know we were running 10 minutes late. They also did not check in on us or ask if we wanted another round of drinks. The food was average, but I think it was because of our experience with the servers that caused us not to enjoy our food or the ambience.

   Most delectable lunch!! We shared eggplant yogurt dip which was sumptuously silky and served with lovely pita, cornichons, fresh herbs, feta and walnuts. The eggplant was not blended, so there was a slice under the yogurt. Not a hint of bitterness. We enjoyed the falafel salad and the chicken Oliveh very much as well and the service was absolutely impeccable and warm. Just do yourself a favor and go!

    My dinner experience at Shiraz was absolutely lovely. From great wine and unique cocktail selection, to a variety of appetizers shared with my mom and sibling, we all had a lovely time. One of the appetizers that caught us by surprise was the Fresh Herbs, which was a plate of mint & basil, with feta, radishes, and walnuts and the waiter was very courteous in providing the best way to enjoy the plate (you stuff them all together in a warm pita and it was delicious! Also highly recommend the Yogurt & Shallots. Very much like labneh but a different flavor flavor. Overall Shiraz is very much worth checking out if you're looking for Persian cuisine.

    I like the restaurant and been going there for a while unfortunately the service is getting worse overtime, the restaurant was empty however it took them a long time between appetizers and main course and the main course was cold too. Still believe they have the best persian food in manhattan i wish their service was better.

    We loved this restaurant. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, very attentive wait staff and host. The ambiance was lovely, a nice bright restaurant with white table cloths. Our overall experience was excellent. We will definitely return.

    Despite making a reservation and arriving on time, our party of 5 had to wait about half an hour to be seated. There was inadequate space to wait and no accommodation or apology was offered. Once we were seated the service and food was fine.

    This is an unsung gem in Chelsea. The starters are splendid--so much so that you can eat too many of them and then not have room for more. Definitely save room for the saffron ice cream.

    Had a fantastic time here all around. Nice and quiet restaurant with friendly staff and fantastic food. We had their fesenjoon, ghormeh sabzi and kebab sultani. We had plenty to share and plenty to take home still. The mast-o-bademjoon appetizer was so rich and creamy and definitely pair a saffron tea with their homemade baklava for dessert. Unreal. Will definitely have to come back for their lamb shanks and fish dishes.

    The food and service were both superb. Our server, Adele, was wonderful. We had a lovely birthday dinner for my husband and were especially happy with the vegan and vegetarian options. The pistachio ice cream and halvah are out of this world! We will definitely go back again.

    Everything was perfect. I had chosen the restaurant for my party of 4. Having never been to Shiraz, it took a leap of faith! However, the reviews and menus looked promising. So I reserved a table several days in advance. Glad I did, every table was spoken for. Upon entering, we met the very charming young owner. He made us feel welcome and explained all of the menu choices to us, as well as a tiny bit of family lore. Shiraz did not disappoint! Every course was delicious- some quite delicate, others subtly spiced. I really could go on about what to order, but I think that you can’t go wrong with any selection. My smaller party raved about our experience which, of course, made me feel like a winner! Oh, and the entire staff were fun and a pleasure to work with.

    Definitely recommended! The waitstaff was excellent and very welcoming. The food was delicious - some of the best fesenjoon I’ve had in the city. The rice sides were even better, the favorite was with sour cherry and pistachio. But you really can’t go wrong with any of their dishes. We all loved our selections.     This is my second time visiting Shiraz Kitchen & Wine Bar in less than a month. The food is incredible - and the owner is attentive and hospitable. Must try the fried eggplant with yogurt, as well as the feta stuffed dates. Perfect date night or spot to catch up with a friend!
