We’ve been here many times but this was a disappointment. The food wasn’t right - a Philly cheese steak, without cheese?? We also ordered a burger with just ketchup and mayo for our son - found out AFTER that mayo was $2? The server didn’t mention.

It was really odd. Every patron paid $10 for the ufc and then they wanted to change the tvs and sound to boxing so we had to fight the manager to keep the ufc on. Weird.

When out for a date with my husband on Halloween, we thought the restaurant would be busy, but it wasn’t. The service was great and the food was even better. We’ve always loved Shoeless, but haven’t been here since before the pandemic - it’s great to be back!

The waitress was a bit too perky so when I paid my bill and tipped her I mentioned it to her, she said she didn't care because she's an actress anyway and Saturday was her last day. My friend only tipped her $5 so I was trying to make it up by tipping $20 but after that remark, I was sorry I did. Afterwards my friend told me the waitress was rude to her while I was outside smoking which was why she only tipped the $5. You are using an accessible bathroom as storage for you chairs! Also, your front door accessible door opener doesn't work. Not great for people with disability or mobility issues. Would not return.

I definitely missed this location throughout the pandemic! Everyone was so nice and caring. Our waitress always checked in with us and she was super friendly and great. It was my First outing with my friend after a 5 month lockdown and I’m happy I came here. Thank you to our essential workers/staff ♥️

Despite asking to be seated in a place where we could watch the Leafs game, we were seated in an area where we couldn't and told to wait until the football game finished. When asking to move tables, the staff refused and we decided to leave. The manager was very sarcastic when we brought up our concerns, and continued to be rude despite other guests complaining about the same thing. We used to be frequent guests, watching the leafs play there often, but will no longer be coming. It's a shame that such a nice venue is ruined by awful, awful service.

We had been regulars at this restaurant, going there some Sunday afternoons for the past couple of years. It is usually not busy but we always make reservations without issue. We made a reservation on Friday or Saturday for Sunday afternoon on Nov 10th. We made the reservation knowing that the MLS final was on and wanting to ensure a table. When we arrived at the restaurant, the reservation was there on the system, but no seats available. The hostess turned us over to one of the owners who blamed Open Table and said that there was nothing they could do as others had arrived to watch the game. We were not offered anything for our inconvenience, not even an apology. Needless to say that with service like that we will not return. A simple apology might have sufficed as they didn’t hold a table for us.

Shoeless Joe’s stockyards is right down the street from my house so A bunch of us frequently attend this bar./restaurant and spend good money there. However, It has come to my attention after we had already made reservations for the next raptors game (4 days prior) that they would be charging a minimum...$50 per person. For myself, my wife and 3 children alone, we’d be paying $250 for dinner. At this point it is too late to make reservations to watch the game and have a kid friendly environment on such little notice. Shoeless Joe’s is totally taking advantage and kicking their loyal patrons to the curb. We think the $50 charge is excessive and necessary. We will be looking for another establishment who appreciates loyalty!!!

The only problem is they are trying to take advantage of raptor games by demanding a $50 minimum per customer before taking a reservation. If you don’t order food that means you have to drink a minimum of 5 beers to cover the 50. Loyal patrons may stay away after playoffs are over.

I was very disappointed with our whole experience from the moment we walked in. The man greeting us gave me a hard time telling me that I booked a high top when I should have asked for a regular table. I didn't book a high top as there were no options to choose from. I did specify that a highchair was needed so it was obvious where to seat us. We were told that a waitress would be with us shortly. It took 10 minutes to get a waitress who only told us that another waitress would be helping us. We waited another 15 minutes before the second waitress arrived at our table. My food arrived cold while my husband's dish was lukewarm. The only item that arrived hot were the appetizers. One of which was on a hot plate that the waitress put in front of my 2 year old son. All in all...a lousy experience.

I had the prosciutto wrapped chicken with feta cheese and spinach - they were super small, possibly over cooked, and barely remnants of feta cheese. My boyfriend had the fish and chips, he said the fish was really good but they were very conservative about the fries (which is weird considering the dish is fish and chips). The food took much longer than expected, especially since the place didn't seem very busy - but it also looked they may have been understaffed. Would recommend if you're just looking for a burger or wings.
