Food was great! Service was not. Our waitress was very friendly and nice BUT service was super slow. Took forever to take our order. Took forever for food to come out. We never saw her. My husband ordered a steak medium rare and it came well done. Waitress was very apologetic and said they would bring a new steak…that also took forever again. Everyone was done eating by the time his new steak came out! Then we asked for the bill as soon as desert came out. It never came. We flagged her down finally and she then said she would get the bill….the worst was when the bill finally came, she had charged us for TWO steaks!?!? Really. Very disappointed. Another waitress had to help fix the bill because our waitress disappeared again after that. She was really nice, but terrible at her job :(

Service was kind of slow, the servers kind of kept disappearing or were only helping one person. But the person that was helping us was very nice.

The food and service was terrible! The food was nothing like what was described in the menu! The waiters would disappear and never came back. It seemed like this place needed triple the waiters that it already had.

I had ordered meditarian chicken but got chicken bolognese. The server was like it is meditarian. I just said nothing and paid. Didnt want him to get in trouble. I knew by his face that he realized that he screwed up.

We were a party of 4 and ordered a large nachos appetizer to share before our meal. It was the most pitiful excuse for a large nacho I have ever seen, esp at the price point of $20.99! The manager did a great job of correcting the problem, so kudos to the manager. If you’re looking for a good plate of nachos. This is not the place to go. Their burgers are great though!
