Chef Bryan Voltaggio found inspiration in a former Frederick car dealership showroom and transformed it into an open, airy space, with a long counter fronting an open kitchen serving modern American casual meals. Showroom serves Brunch seven days a week from 8am until 4pm and Dinner until 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 9pm Friday & Saturday.     My wife and I picked the Showroom since we wanted a brunch for the day (Monday). We ordered our food, my wife made a substitution request for her side (which was available on another menu selection, our server went to ask the kitchen who said they couldn't do it but could sub something else. The manager came by our table and asked how we were doing. My wife explained her request and he said "absolutely we can do that", and they did. He apologized and everyone was happy. The food was excellent, the space was well done (former car dealership) and we would return.

    First time, easy to reserve a table via OpenTable. Sat outside on patio while it was misting but were protected by curtains. Nice menu with breakfast and brunch items. A nice cocktail menu as well. Our server was friendly and all staff that came to the table were friendly. The server gave us a good recommendation for a superb strawberry French toast appetizer. Will be back soon to try other menu selections.

    It was a great experience as usual. Not rushed by the staff. There was a large party, so it was a little noisier than usual, however, did not detract from the experience

    We love the food but service is awful. No one ever answers the phone they act like they can’t seat you when more than half of the restaurant is empty. They don’t read notes made on reservations made through open table. I would not recommend.

    Had dinner here over Labor Day weekend and it was pretty quiet. The hosts were very friendly and checked in at the table during our meal. The server, however, was slow and seemed bored with the whole thing. The food was very good but not great. Probably won't return.

    Menu is awesome - lots of variety! We all had omelettes (based on Will's recommendation) and they were all delicious. I found the restaurant kinda loud, but even so, I would definitely go back.

    My children and I had reservations at this establishment on 8/5 @ 12pm and our service was horrible! Two mangers and another waiter had to intervene because our waitress did not know how to deal with us explaining our food was cold, missing, and not right! Being in the servicing industry confrontation is part of the job. The waitress played victim, avoiding us and the problem created by her and the kitchen staff. I will never go back and will spread the word about my horrific experience at this place!

    Service was not very good. We were on patio and there seemed to be confusion who waited on us. We kept getting over looked even after we said something Waffle was not light and fluffy and almost cold. Got our drink order wrong. And they were not overly busy. Just a complete lack of attention

    The food was phenomenal (as always)! And the service was also excellent! I had gone to an early dinner on Monday with my best friend & had brunch on Saturday with my boyfriend & our friends, and both times Saige was our server. She was so awesome & very attentive.     Great place to try new flavors! Wish the burgers came with fries vs. chips. It would be a nice to have fries as an option. The duck fat fries are amazing! Everyone should order those!
