   Menu was very disappointing with very small choice of dishes other than steaks. We were told that the Chateaubriand Steak would take one hour to prepare, when I ask why, we were told that the chef likes to rest the meat before presenting it??? That does not make sense ??? The staff are charming, you could not ask for better service but, the choice and volume of music, the lack of tablecloths makes the whole experience more like a diner rather than a top class restaurant charging top prices. I would not go back. The executive chef really needs to review the policies.

    Wonderful time at SIDECUT. Food was delicious and service was delightful. (Thank you James!) Our 9 year old extremely picky eater ate his entire pizza and loved his chocolate cake pops. We loved the craft cocktails and meal.

    Wait staff was wonderful. The host is the same for 2 restaurants, so this is a bit confusing. My recommendation is if the hotel is going to call customers to confirm their RSVP, they should prob take the opportunity to explain how this works. Because the other restaurant is like a bar, and the staff does not allow you to wait at the bar. This seems a bit ridiculous, but both restaurants get very busy so they have no choice but to make customers wait. My recommendation is to not arrive too early. Otherwise you have to wait standing up or share a very small waiting area w others. Full meal (starter, main, dessert) will run you $60 to 80 per person not inc alcohol. Seafood tower is prob an under ordered gem along w burrata salad. Kids menu is surprisingly good.

    Food and service for the dinner was excellent - the server was friendly and helpful and the food was served thoughtfully and well cooked. However, our overall experience was impacted by the lack of flexibility shown by the restaurant with regards our booking with our family - we mistakenly thought it was in Whistler village and realising our mistake and the difficulty to get our family all the way to upper Blackcomb the restaurant insisted they would charge a cancellation of $100 despite knowing they would rebook the table. A terrible experience courtesy of the restaurant manager in response to an honest mistake.

    Was just okay. The wait times during dinner were ridiculously long with few staff. The food was bland, inattentive wait staff who knew too little about the food they were serving. Thought this would be great considering location in four seasons / I do not recommend

    The food is excellent if you have patience. Once we arrived at 5.30 there was a wait to get the table ready. Then there was 85 minutes wait for the main course. The bill price was different from the menu and another 20 minutes of wait to get the 15 dollars back. Perhaps more work needed to make the dining experience more enjoyable. Also, the noice up to 6 pm from the afterski next door is annoying
