In 2022, we welcomed two new chefs who have created a dining experience like no other. Both chefs come with years of Michelin Star background experience that has taken Side Work restaurant to new heights & expectations. Side Work is Taste of Telluride's "People's Choice" Winner for 2 years in a row w/ our Achiote Pineapple Cured Hamachi and Dominic's Ceviche- please join us to try these amazing award winning dishes!

Side Work Restaurant has a strict 24 hour Cancelation Policy. Any 'day of' cancelations will result in a fee of $65 per person.
We do not offer a designated kid's menu. Please understand that our menu is not designed to accommodate the expectations of younger diners, however, we will do our best to find items off our menu that we believe younger diners will enjoy.

Great food - don’t miss the award winning ceviche, but also the deviled eggs (Southern style) and pork tenderloin - cocktails and service. I loved the team style approach to making sure the guests are made to feel welcome and given the best experience possible. Well done.

One of the best meals we’ve ever had. Local ingredients were the stars of the meal. One of the chefs talked to us for a long time. It’s obvious he loves what he does. If you’re ever in Telluride, don’t miss out on this gem!

Although we waited more than a few minutes for someone to approach us after seating, the rest of the evening went off without a hitch. My husband and I have eaten at Sidework several times over the years. Although not as difficult to get into as in the past, the food was the best we've experienced. I highly recommend!

Friendly attentive but not intrusive service with amazing tender bone in wagyu ribeye, sides, salad and desserts were all excellent and the appetizers and wine complimented the evening perfectly. Don’t sleep on Sidework and this is from a Rhode Islander nicknamed “portly boy”

Amazing! We should have gotten two of the hamachi crudo and two of the ceviche they were out of this world. I think we ordered 6 or 7 dishes to share and truly they were all delicious. Hunter was our server and he was so kind and all around lovely. We’ll be going back again for more amazing food and to see Hunter bc we all appreciated kind sincerity and don’t come across that enough.

Octopus, jamon, peach salad, risotto, chicken and branzino all delicious. Our waiter was unavailable throughout the meal. We needed water, wine, knives,. Salt, olive oil, etc. He did not smile and was very perfunctory in all of his communication.

Very enjoyable experience. Started with a white port tonic cocktail. Then moved to wine. They have a nice selection of wines. We enjoyed the their version of a Caesar salad and for our entrees we had the poached salmon and pork tenderloin. Both were spot on! Passed on desert.

Mushroom croquettes were excellent! Hamachi was solid. Meatballs a big let down, sauce was great but meatballs fell short. Octopus over cooked and pretty tough... for the price was a bit disappointed but place and staff were great!

We had a lovely dinner Saturday evening! We started with the deviled eggs. They were great and loved the sweet brown mustard that gave it a special kick. We shared the bread fresh from a bakery in Norwood with the whipped butter and the spanish ceased salad. The dressing was spot on and the croutons had the prefect crunch. For the main course we had the lamb lion that was cooked medium. Delicious carrots and potatoes. We finished the evening with the pizookie! Def a great cozy atmosphere and very attentive service!

Absolutely incredible! The greenhouse was amazing complete with heater and speaker for our own private dining. We were blessed with a snowfall which made the experience extra fun. The chef is incredible, Michelin trained and globally studied, can modify almost anything to your liking or needs. With a family of specific dietary restrictions (medical not preference) this brought so much ease to what otherwise can be a bit stressful. The food was divine and variety expansive so all can enjoy. We found this gem on open table and we were incredibly delighted! Highly recommend! We had our teens and 12 year old in tow.

A bit disappointing. 10 minutes waiting for a host to greet us and 25 minutes for a waiter to greet us. We planned on doing dinner and drinks, but because dinner took 2.5 hours we had to call it a night. We get that service can be hard in the mountain towns, but rather be unable to book a reservation then book it and be waiting most of the night.

We were warmly welcomed by Mark and seated promptly. The food was delicious. Our server seemed unhappy about being there. Didn’t help navigate the menu. Didn’t tell us everything had to be put in at once and acted as if we should have known. Assumed we weren’t going to order wine and took the menu. Almost felt like a burden for being there.
